my husband and i love the customer service from this specific AT&T store!! especially Judy, Doula, and Ryan. they have worked with me and my husband and absolutely LOVE seeing our 2 daughters. i felt safe leaving my 11month old and 5yr old girls with Ryan while my husband and i handled our phones bc everyone just so nice and amazing. Thank You Muldoon AT&T for your kindness and outstanding service

I was well greeted by Casey as soon as I walked in. Assisted to the max with the highest respect in the morning. Upon my return in the afternoon, a second agent was assisting me with patience because I had to charge my trade-in phone for a bit. All around, the rest of the staff were wonderful. One of them ended up playing with my son and his toy truck to keep him busy, while the second agent assisted me with completing the rest of my upgrade. Thank you, everyone! I'm one happy customer!

I had the best customer service here of any phone service store I’ve been to. Casey was extremely knowledgeable and fixed my phone quickly and helped me find the accessories I needed. Will definitely be coming back here for all my phone service needs!

Unless you're so fed up with GCI that you want to pay about twice the price or more for service and want to be told that they aren't able to help you with anything, I wouldn't waste my time here. We switched and got stuck in a contract with them. Finally, I got so frustrated that we paid off the remainder of the contract and went back to GCI. Everything we ever needed help with was apparently something they couldn't help us with in store, or they didn't know how and would literally Google it in front of us, like we hadn't already tried to figure it out on our own.

We recently had the need to switch from Verizon to AT&T due to some coverage issues up on the North Slope. Judy at the Muldoon store in Anchorage was amazing. Fast, efficient and got us exactly the plan to fit our needs.

They totally messed up a recent business transaction with me and my family. When I went in 3 times to address certain issues they acted pretty damn evasive - sending me to their telephone operators and then the operators sending me right back to this store. So when subsequently pressed they became rude: unable or unwilling to answer simple questions. So worried their little share of my money would be taken back or something, god only knows. Be advised you are not dealing with the sharpest pencils on the block. Also be advised i was nothing but polite throughout the whole process, even gracious. Of course this is probably a foreign language to these cave dwellers. So the thing is put up with their dumbassery or get the heck out of their stupid and smelly store. But lets face it AT*T does not attract and retain quality employees, more like the kids that didn't bother to get educated and move on to do better things. I've no faith that any of the sales staff really know much about what they are selling. It's a grift. They are hoping their customers are just as dim and unaccomplished as they are. I would pass on this place if you have alternatives. The names of the employees have been omitted to protect the guilty but i will be writing a substack detailing everything.

I had a cracked screen protector and I have a lifetime warranty on it. I went in to have the screen protector replaced for the $10 charge. The store rep walked up to me as soon as I opened the door to help me out. He had his trainee go through the whole process walking them through it step by step. They took the old protector off and put the new one on in under 5 minutes. The whole transaction from me walking in and me waving goodbye took less than 10 minutes. It was very good customer service and why I have gone through AT&T for any of my phones for almost 10 years.
