Amberly and the store manager were quick to help, attentive, solution oriented, and so patient with resolving my concerns and questions and getting me what I needed. Their training really shined through with how well they handled my requests, i am so impressed! Amberly took the time to completely set me up with a new account, a new phone and answer all my questions, thank you guys!

Had a great experience with Aaron today. My fiance and I came in to find out about upgrading our phone. Aaron walked us through the trade-in process, plan details, and answered our many questions. His attitude was so positive. Very pleased with his customer service and we left with a new phone.

I spent 40 minutes in line before I was able to start solving my problem. these guys constantly communicate with clients off topic, with each other, they seem to be unable to solve anything alone.

Got a new phone for my birthday, and the gentleman that helped me was the best!!! He helped me find the exact phone I needed. He didn't try to upsell me on extra plans/items/upgrades. I was thankful cause I felt fully helped, not harassed. He needs a raise!!! So polite and very respectful.

I visited two stores in Anchorage, Midtown and Muldoon. Both Drayton and Cassandra were super calm and as helpful as they could possibly be. They made a very stressful situation the best it could be. And through many efforts my problem was resolved.

I paid the midtown mall $35 a week for international phone service before I left Anchorage, this dude told me to dial 611, here I am in seoul unable to dial 611 and have zero phone service at all....yeah, thanks alot fellas
