My recent experience of visiting AT&T Stores was extremely great. I was looking for two prepaid SIM cards. Within 8-10 minutes, the desk executive had activated my two iPhones with prepaid SIM cards and that’s what I was looking for. Level of understanding and nature of helpfulness of attending executive delighted my visit. Thanks.

Let’s see, lied to me about trade- in value, added additional charges for the “Next” plan without asking me, told me I would save about $20 a month if I switched plans. After calling customer service , she caught a mistake and helped “resolve” the problem. What I got was $4 savings and lost my free HBO. Not much savings for the “nothing will change plan” I was sold on. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Service on the north slope sucks, they don't service their towers or maintenance their systems. Dropped call after call. But their big time at&t, well big time has the worst service in the arctic circle.

I lost my phone and went to this AT&T location to help me figure out how to wipe the data off my old one and get a new phone. The woman who helped me seemed very disinterested and made zero effort to help me figure out how to wipe my old phone and handed me a pamphlet on how to get a new phone and sent me on my way. Either she was not informed on how to wipe old phones or just didn't care, either way it was flippant and her tone was rude and I'll probably not go back to this location.

Terrible experience. Employees are not knowledgeable about anything they are selling. They were unable to help us connect our first net account, and gave us the run around sounding like they fixed everything and they surely did not. Also they try to sell you a Nighthawk when you don’t need it and they also tell you your plan comes with international calls and made it sound like it was free, and upon further research it indeed is NOT.

The guy named mitch at this store is seriously so nice. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Wasn’t in a rush, great conversation, and really knew his stuff.

Went to this location . Alex took extra care of me . Transferred all my data over from my old android to my New IPhone 14. Was very informational . And is very good with his co workers. Very very patient and very understanding. Perfect multi-tasker. I won’t go no where else unless he is there . Amazing to work with. Thank you ? Alex for all the help expect my business to continue!

While I had to wait about 15 minutes before being helped, that really isn't bad considering I was at the 5th Avenue Mall location just minutes after 12 noon when quite a few people were taking their Lunch Break from work.I was helped by a courteous and Very Professional staff person who answered all my questions about applying for and using the Federal Affordable Connectivity Program Lifeline benefits to get service for my (somewhat older) AT&T LG Phoenix.

Meh. I am frustrated when you talk to someone on the phone they tell you to go to the store are you going to the store? They tell you that they can't do it properly call or do online. I am still very disappointed with AT&T's service coverage. If GCI wasn't such a shitty company, I would switch but now we have Verizon. Maybe something I should look into.

I went into AT&T for assistance during the Holiday’s to get a new phone and also requested information on First Responder discounts as I am one. Wendy assisted me in both of these matters and was very knowledgeable and expedient. Another customer walked in as she was helping me and thanked her for her customer service earlier that day as well. It was great to see..

My overall experience with Midtown mall AT&T was excellent. I came in wanting a new iPhone and was quickly helped by an associate by the name of “Wendy”. She was able to get me the exact iPhone 14 pro I wanted and set me up with a protection plan as well. This is by far the best experience I’ve ever had at any store, I have never met an associate as diligent and incredible as Wendy. Thank you!
