Tristan helped my husband and I to get a new phone line and new phone. He waited for T-Mobile to give us the transfer pin even though it was close to closing time and it took about an hour and a half to get this transfer pin. He’s patient and understanding. I also got a new phone but ended up getting the wrong case. I will be going back to return this one and get the appropriate case for this new phone. Thank you, hope to see him when I go back.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The wait was about 15-20 minutes and others while they were working with me look more like 10-15 minute wait.

I call them to see what services they provide because I am moving to a new place. I figure out I am out of their service are for internet and tell them due to this I am not interested. However they add me to their text and call list without letting me know and without my permission. I was only looking for quotes I did not want to be harassed as a result of calling for information. To me this is unacceptable.

They totally messed up a recent business transaction with me and my family. When I went in 3 times to address certain issues they acted pretty damn evasive - sending me to their telephone operators and then the operators sending me right back to this store. So when subsequently pressed they became rude: unable or unwilling to answer simple questions. So worried their little share of my money would be taken back or something, god only knows. Be advised you are not dealing with the sharpest pencils on the block. Also be advised i was nothing but polite throughout the whole process, even gracious. Of course this is probably a foreign language to these cave dwellers. So the thing is put up with their dumbassery or get the heck out of their stupid and smelly store. But lets face it AT*T does not attract and retain quality employees, more like the kids that didn't bother to get educated and move on to do better things.I've no faith that any of the sales staff really know much about what they are selling. It's a grift. They are hoping their customers are just as dim and unaccomplished as they are.I would pass on this place if you have alternatives. The names of the employees have been omitted to protect the guilty but i will be writing a substack detailing everything.

Todd was wonderful and incredibly helpful. Despite not being able to solve my problem, he did everything he could to ensure I was taken care of and that my issue would be resolved with proper information. I appreciated his friendliness and willingness to assist me.

We needed a way to get access to mobile service (in Anchorage/Alaska) because the phones were brought on our trip had NO service (… we didn’t do our homework…). Aaron, at the AT&T store, was exemplary. Knowledgeable, friendly, fast, and was able to add a temporary, prepaid plan to my existing phone within minutes. Amazing.

Forgot her name, but I went to the 5th Ave location to get my service activated. The representative was amazing, personable, friendly, and informative. She able to answer all my questions regarding my phone and at&t phone services. Good customer service.

I am not even an AT&T customer, but I went into the store to get a new phone case for my iPhone 13 max. Unfortunately the phone is already outdated and it’s hard to find a case, but Darius, an amazing employee of the store, has the same phone and had a phone case he wasn’t using and just gave me his extra one. He was so kind and helpful and welcoming, and I’ll never forget his kindness. My husband and I recently moved to Alaska and we’ve heard that AT&T have the best reception, and if we switch over, it’s because of the customer service I got from this store and specifically this great employee. I am so impressed that Darius did something so kind and generous.

Absolutely the best customer service experience in a long long time. Amberly was so helpful and really knew the services available to me. I already knew what phone I wanted, I just needed to get it and set it up. Again big thank you to Amberly. I was considering switching providers based ony experience at the midtown location, after dealing with the staff at this location I am much happier and will be getting my future phones from this location. Thank you everyone, especially Amberly.

It took 4 people 4 hours to attempt to sort out the AT&T-created issues with our family-linked pre-pay plans resulting in us having to pay $38 per month more for a post-paid plan and before we were home we were receiving confusing erroneous texts from AT&T about our account(s).We had no description of our encounter in writing, the service level, costs, amount of money we had on-account - nothing except a new AT&T account number on a 2" X 2" yellow stickie. In addition to missing work and our entire Saturday, we had to drive 114 miles each way which resulted in three people wasting 8 hours each in effort to straighten out the mess AT&T had left us with since April 13 when we tried to create the pre-paid family plan.Since that time we have probably logged an additional 20 hours on the phone with AT&T customer service another hour this morning trying to sort out where we stand. While at the 5th Ave Anchorage Alaska store yesterday, AT&T's computer system also denied the existence of our home zip code (99676 - Talkeetna, Alaska) causing us to have to use the zip of our second home in Wyoming. It has been an on-going nightmare for sever months now. It is now a more expensive relationship and we hope it may improve, but have our doubts. To improve, AT&T need to get its act together - I spent a career in large corporate and government information systems and AT&T needs a bottom-to-top overhaul of its systems integration environment and improved procedures in both the stores and over-the-phone service. Texts to customers need to be relevant and detailed and the company has to do a better job of handing or electronically communicating the entirety of the customer's relationship with the company to them. Service level, cost, account status, and billing cycle. Your customers are in the dark!!!!
