Gelano B is either too high or too tired to do his job. He is unprofessional & wouldn’t even face me to let me know he messed up & had someone else do it for him. I had to come back 2 times after trying to upgrade because he is slow at his job all for them to tell me the last time i came in that I cant even do what I’ve asked them 3 times to do & have verified multiple times as well. I now have to pay $55 thanks to Gelano. Please avoid this guy or even better go to a different store because there was many rude encounters with some of the female workers too.

Outstanding Service at AT&T – Dimond Center Mall
DeMarcus Mitchell, the Retail Store Manager at the AT&T store in the Dimond Center Mall, was absolutely amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the products and services and took the time to understand both my business needs and my personal needs.
His professionalism, patience, and expertise made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. This is hands-down top-tier customer service.
Five stars isn’t enough — I’d give 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend working with DeMarcus if you want exceptional service and real solutions.

Melanny was more than helpful leaving us extremely satisfied. Not only was she understanding of our issues but was able to recommend the the best options that fit our lifestyle. 6/5 service followed by 7/5 attitude!!!!!

Went into AT&T to upgrade phones and we were immediately helped by Cody. He did an excellent job of giving us all the options, explaining the pros and cons, as well as answering all of our questions. Great experience!

The young man that dealt with me figure out what I needed found it got me set up and got me out the door without any issues when I told him I did not want a strong plus Cell approach. He immediately was very succinct to the point and handled everything in a manner That I’m not used to when I walk into the store this was my best experience at the AT&T store here thank you John.

Kurt was extremely helpful and after spending all day going to different phone stores he was the first person to greet me with kindness and truly listened to my questions and was very quick helping me with exactly what I needed. He has very good customer service skills and I credit him with not only helping me leave happy but I was about to change carriers to a different service provider but Kurt saved me from letting other people frustrate me and so I will be staying an AT&T customer thanks to him. Thank you again Kurt! 10/10

Cody at the Dimond Center store is awesome. He helped us transition from private lines to a business account and got us set up with new phones and a tablet. It was a long process (no fault of his) but he worked with us through the whole process and was extremely knowledgeable. A+ service for sure.

I went to the Dimond Center AT&T today and purchased a new phone. Josiah is the young man who helped me. He covered everything. He even instructed me on how the new features work and pointed out the best features. Transferred all of my photos, contacts and messages successfully. I highly recommend AT&T and this store in particular if you need a cell phone or an upgrade.

all my questions~ he is patient, caring,
