These guys were so very helpful, had an issue with a virus on the phone that took 5 hrs to fix (not thier fault), these guys were so awesome, great shoutout to the whole crew there, at one point I had 7 ppl at the table trying to help, extra props and much appreciation to Earl, he walked me through the process to fix and stuck with me the whole time! Thanks guys!

I commend Cody at the Anchorage, Alaska AT&T store in the Dimond Mall. He was very, attentive, helpful, and offered great customer service. He should be recognized for his job well done!

I like the kiosk bill payment centers. You don't have to wait an hour just to pay your phone bill. They are fast and easy to use. Simple and extremely easy to understand and extremely user friendly at all ages. Best tool they ever installed at AT&T! Thank you also to all of the friendly staff/employees there at the AK, diamond center mall location. You all are knowledgeable and awesome

I visited this store today to purchase a new iPhone 15. The sales associate who helped me, if you can call it that, was extremely rude, interrupting me and answering in an insulting manner when I tried to ask questions. When I asked if the store accepts American Express for payment, he sneered and told me they only sell to people on payment plans. I couldn’t believe it, so I asked if they indeed won’t sell to people who want to pay outright for their phones. He told me people who wish to pay outright deplete the store’s inventory! When I asked if people who pay on plans aren’t allowed to walk out of the store with their new phones (because that would also deplete inventory), he said no. He also explained that the store manager wants the associates to use this line of reasoning with customers. He offered to make a special “exception” for me to be allowed to pay outright for my phone! Unbelievable that an exception is necessary! The whole experience left me in tears and completely stressed out. Because he wanted to get rid of me as quickly as possible, presumably because his commission suffered because I didn’t agree to a payment plan, he failed to help me set up face recognition or any other feature of my new phone. If I can do so, I will shop anywhere but this store in the future, including making future purchases at AT&T or other stores elsewhere when I’m traveling. What a nightmare.And by the way, for my first time ever, I’m sharing this review on social media. It’s the only google review I’ve ever written that wasn’t five stars and absolutely glowing.

Cody is an outstanding agent for AT&T. He has helped me and my family numerous times at AT&T. He is patient, knowledgeable and has a great attitude. He can work with anyone and knows what he is doing. He introduced me to Lui as someone who is good to go to if he is not at AT&T. I am so very thankful for these men. They know what they are doing and I appreciate that.

Cody & Loui, are officially my heros! They were wizards with my phone and saved my precious photos and apps from my inoperable device, to my new one. It was not an easy ask as I had no passwords memorized and am practically tech challenged. But they were both so helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Again, huge thanks to them for their assistance!

Terrible manager to deal with if there is a problem on your account. Doesn’t want to admit to any miscommunication. AT&T is definitely not customer service friendly like they used to be. Don’t trust what the sales guys say. They just want to sell you a phone. Get everything in writing.

Gentlemen did not understand what he was told. He issued out a Sims card that was already issued, which cause that same Sims card for another phone in another state to be canceled. Already told him not to ask my mother who knows nothing of the account any questions and he still proceeded to ask her questions while I was on the phone telling him. He needs to have better listening skills before trying to cut me off and talk over me. If he had listen the first time ? I wouldn't have to go back and re-do the Sims card and figure out AGAIN who numbers is who after it was assigned.Update: today they decided to cut my phone off AGAIN because some how he re-issued my number and again I had to stop by Atnt. At this point? Maybe I should switch carriers because this should not be happening 3x in one week.
