“My insurance company sent me to classic collision on Dowling first. But the guy was so rude to me. He told me that they couldn’t get my car in until March after he very sarcastically told me that he was sorry they didn’t just happen to have the parts for my car sitting on their shelves. He was a jerk. I left in tears and went to Payless collision. They immediately made me feel better. They made me an appointment immediately had my car in within a week and a half had it for 2 1/2 days and I picked it up and it is beautiful. The lady at the counter was amazingly kind. The relief I felt knowing it wasn’t something major—and that I wasn’t about to lose time and money—was huge. Bina helped me out big time.
