He told me that they couldn’t get my car in until March after he very sarcastically told me that he was sorry they didn’t just happen to have the parts for my car sitting on their shelves. He was a jerk. I left in tears and went to Payless collision. They immediately made me feel better. They made me an appointment immediately had my car in within a week and a half had it for 2 1/2 days and I picked it up and it is beautiful. The lady at the counter was amazingly kind. “Was involved in a hit and run. All the places I called were booked out for months. When I reached out to Salazar, he said he would look at it and quote me that very same day. He offers great work for an affordable price. Very trustworthy man. It took about a month for repairs however, that is due to shipping the parts and not his fault. Would recommend 100%.”

I know it's part of their policy with the free install on the purchased wipers but it is my first time an employee offered the help without being asked.”
“The customer service at Glacier Chain Supply is above expectation. They ensured to sell me the correct fitting chains for my vehicle & tires and even gave me a short howto lesson on how to putthem on and a laminated card of instructions to keep in my truck as well.
You don't find this great of customer service much anymore so go see Tom if your looking for traction chains.”

The relief I felt knowing it wasn’t something major—and that I wasn’t about to lose time and money—was huge. Bina helped me out big time.
