“This was my first time dealing with Young's Gear. I called to make an appointment for noise in my front end. They were able to take a look at it a few days later. They fixed all the issues I had including a follow up noise that came up after the initial repair. These guys do great work and were excellent to deal with. I would definitely recommend them.”

“My insurance company sent me to classic collision on Dowling first. But the guy was so rude to me. He told me that they couldn’t get my car in until March after he very sarcastically told me that he was sorry they didn’t just happen to have the parts for my car sitting on their shelves. He was a jerk. I left in tears and went to Payless collision. They immediately made me feel better. They made me an appointment immediately had my car in within a week and a half had it for 2 1/2 days and I picked it up and it is beautiful. The lady at the counter was amazingly kind. “I went in to O’Reilly’s at 1551 Muldoon Road on Thursday, October 31st, with heat blower issues, thinking someone there would be able to plug their computer into my car and tell me why the heater was not working, when I met with an employee, Amanda, whom I shared my sad story of driving that morning with all my windows down so I could see, offered her best to help me. It had already been a long day for me and really I just wanted to get home and crawl into my warm bed, but when I seen and felt this young lady’s determination to help me figure it out, I said ok let’s figure it out. Amanda’s manager, Brandon also came out to help. I honestly feel like these 2 awesome employees went above and beyond to make sure I had heat when I left there, and I did. It turned out my heater fuse was burnt out, and it just so happened they had one in stock. Thank you so very much Amanda and Brandon, you guys rock!”
“Was involved in a hit and run. All the places I called were booked out for months. When I reached out to Salazar, he said he would look at it and quote me that very same day. He offers great work for an affordable price. Very trustworthy man. It took about a month for repairs however, that is due to shipping the parts and not his fault. Would recommend 100%.”
