I had a great experience with the entire team from Avalanche Construction. Thankfully, my crawlspace project was an isolated issue. I appreciated the professionalism and knowledge from Rick. Everyday Mackenzie and Kate communicated well and asked if I any questions or concerns surrounding the project. Had a wonderful experience with the workers, both Pavlo and Micheal. They were courtesy, on time, and transparent. Lastly, I appreciated the professionalism of the entire team.

Love my new roof by Avalanche Construction. Colton, Zac and Aaron were very courteous, quick workers who patiently answered all my questions and did a great job. The office was responsive to my inquiries and kept me updated throughout the process.

Avalanche Construction did a great job of installing my new roof! Colton, Zach, and Aaron were great, and Mackenzie called me at the end of each day to make sure I was happy with the work and did not have any questions. I highly recommend Avalanche for all you roof and remodel needs! They do top quality work and offer excellent customer service!

Colton and Zak did a great job. They showed up during snow / rain / windy conditions to work on the roof. They went above and beyond on replacing our roof. We love our new roof and would highly recommend Avalanche Construction.

We recently had a new roof put on by Avalanche and could not be happier. We were due for a new roof this summer and had a number of shingles come off in the big wind storm earlier this year, making the project more urgent. Kate got us the sample books right away so we could choose our shingles and gutters. Rick was able to get us scheduled quickly and explained the process clearly. Colton & Zak did the roof work. They put in long days, cleaned up the site daily and gave a verbal status at the end of each day in addition to uploading photos to the Buildertrend website, and were super nice and considerate. They were friendly and tolerant with our dog and the loaner dog we had that week. Kate sent a text each night to see if we had any questions. We are very happy with the results - the quality, value and crew, all fantastic. Highly recommend!

I'm bumping this up to a 2, because I didn't (and now wouldn't) have them do work. But would I recommend this company? No. Original review was: "This company is awful to work with. I couldn’t even get through the quote process with them. Maybe they are fantastic craftsmen or maybe they are not, but I won’t even bother calling them again. What a waste of time."

I’ve had a great experience working with Rick, Logan and Dan! Very responsive, professional and thoughtful about the work. I have a really complicated ongoing roof project. They’ve come and replaced some insulation as well as cleared snow and ice dams from the problem areas. I’m looking forward to the big work this summer. If I could give 6-stars, it would be because of Kate who does a phenomenal job keeping me in the loop and following up. Wonderful company to work with!

Colton, Jacob and Logan took excellent care removing snow from our roof. They cleared our paths and deck from all the snow as well. They also took time to talk to us about the causes of an ice dam and ways to help mitigate it in the future. Highly recommend their service and customer care.

Really quick turnaround with a short (for anchorage standards) wait list. Easy to schedule up jobs and payments with a good app for progress tracking. Office contacts you everyday to checkup if you need anything. Super helpful and good job done!
