I had a great experience after calling around they had the cheapest prices by far and the best customer service. We called and spoke to Rich, who put aside the battery so that I could pick it up by myself without my boyfriend I believe the fellow that assisted me was not rich and he also was just as polite, kind and courteous. He made sure the battery wasn’t working great condition, and then carried it out to my car for me, and brought in the core for me, they even told me I didn’t have to bring in right away that I could bring it in at my own time which I thought was so nice I will be back and I will be recommending them to anybody. I know that needs any batteries.

They went above and beyond for me here when my house battery went out on my Sprinter. They took hours helping me out, installing, troubleshooting and finding the best deal in my budget. I'm a solo woman on the road and I felt completely safe here. 10/10 would recommend

Don’t go this place too high price and not good battery and customer service is racistThey do return for personal they like I just bought battery last week and I don’t get chance to check the car and then I find out the alternator is bad I don’t put the car the battery was new. I don’t have a hook in the car and then I return it because I don’t need it they say no we don’t return it so I think the racist because of the color good luck

They gave me a free battery because it was discontinued. These guys are super helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Definitely have my vote.

Miracle Workers! These men worked a miracle for me. I had a problem-my battery kept dying on me. The local auto parts store could not help cause my car is a hybrid( the battery is in the trunk and is covered by an elaborate cover which made it a complicatedProcedure to check out the battery. I was so worried of what to do next. Well, battery Specialists did remove that cover to find my battery was ENCASED IN ICE! No one could figure out how in the world water got in there?? They suggested going to a business that could keep it over night so that the ice would melt and then they can test the battery for me. Well I had no idea where to go and what I would do without transportation ( I am disabled and cannot get in a taxi) I asked if they had any other suggestions for my situation. They came up with a way to melt the ice, by then we all knew I needed a new battery so that took care of that and drilled a drain so that wouldn't happen again. 90 minutes of hard work and THEY ONLY CHARGED ME FOR THE BATTERY!!! God bless each and every one of these kind and generous men!

These guys are top notch! Most places would just hand you a part and send you on your way but these guys went above and beyond to help me out in a time of need. Went in for a new battery and they ended up testing my alternator/battery when no other place would. Not only that but proceeded to break out the tools and helped me swap them in the parking lot. If it weren’t for them I would’ve been stranded on the side of the road during one of our worst snowfalls. Bottom line if you’re looking for anything charge system related for your vehicle these guys are the ones to see! As long as I’m up here I won’t go anywhere else.

Quoted money price but when I arrived to pick it up, otherwise was 45% higher. Claimed he misquoted because of the needed type, but was told make and model of vehicle.. bait and switch SCAMMERS!! DON'T suggest this type of dishonest business practices!!!

Wow -- these guys are just the best! We had been having a problem with our batteries in our campervan and arrived to their store about an hour before they closed. The owner and his team then spent another TWO hours past closing to try and help us troubleshoot our problem. Unfortunately, they weren't able to help because the issue we were having turned out not to be with our battery, but these guys refused to even accept any money for all the time they spent with us! They are so incredibly knowledgeable about batteries and everything to do with batteries. In the future, this is the only place we'll be going to buy anything battery related. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Staff was nice. But quoted a price of 169 for the battery, based on make and model. Them when I arrived to pick it up, it cost 280 plus core. That is not good business and seems like false advertising or fraud or bait and switch.. beware. Don't trust any price they quote.....

Lost power in my campervan in the Yukon on the way up and couldn't have a replacement battery shipped to me here in AK because it's lithium ion. Van life in Alaska winter without power is no joke. Rich is helping me get the replacement here to Anchorage by way of their sister store in Washington state. I cannot even begin to express my gratitude to this amazingly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable place. Rich is everything! I just wish they did more than batteries!Update 10 months later: Still the best shop in town for helping out vanlifers and their various lithium-related laments. Above and beyond support. Thank you again Rich!!
