“I went in to O’Reilly’s at 1551 Muldoon Road on Thursday, October 31st, with heat blower issues, thinking someone there would be able to plug their computer into my car and tell me why the heater was not working, when I met with an employee, Amanda, whom I shared my sad story of driving that morning with all my windows down so I could see, offered her best to help me. It had already been a long day for me and really I just wanted to get home and crawl into my warm bed, but when I seen and felt this young lady’s determination to help me figure it out, I said ok let’s figure it out. Amanda’s manager, Brandon also came out to help. I honestly feel like these 2 awesome employees went above and beyond to make sure I had heat when I left there, and I did. It turned out my heater fuse was burnt out, and it just so happened they had one in stock. Thank you so very much Amanda and Brandon, you guys rock!”

“Brice and his team are phenomenal, they were able to accommodate me on quick notice to remove my Draeger interlock from my truck.
