The only local pharmacy that curtails to custom made necessary medications, my Medicaid insurance doesn't cover of course but necessary to survive non the less, that work for my health without the bonding agents I am highly and severely allergic to and or highly sensitive to in my GI track with out with I would suffer MORE so thank you Bernie's Pharmacy for your service in my ability to suffer a little less.

The people are friendly. But they don't listen. When 5 times I told them. Do not store my credit cards. 5 times I've had to pay 33$ overdraft fees. As I see it they owe me for 5 overdraft fees!

*Warning for people with emergency medical conditions*I asked for an emergency same-day refill for my cat's asthma attack medication (steroid and inhaler), and the person who answered the phone was extremely uncaring and said it could not be done. My cat suffocated to death while we waited for his medications.If you're going to hold and fill prescriptions for emergency conditions, like asthma, you need to be willing to do same-day emergency refills. I took him to the emergency vet when Bernie's Pharmacy said they couldn't refill his medication same day, but he still suffocated to death due to the stress of the vet and not having his medications available in an emergency. The ones I had were expired and the refill would have been easy.I would call this establishment and verify what their emergency refill policy is PRIOR to allowing them to handle my prescritions if I had an emergent condition.

Bernie's has gone over and above to be sure we have the Rx that we need and with any possible discounts available. This feels like a small town pharmacy, where they actually care about you.
