A month ago we purchased a new Sony Bravia TV, a JBL, Soundsystem, and Sony DVD system, we paid over $400 for the geek squad to come and set things up. One month later, we still do not have our equipment. The geek squad has twice Rescheduled us and canceled on their appointments with us. Their organization is poorly run. We are still waiting for our equipment one month later...

AVOID BEST BUY!! They have a 15 DAY RETURN POLICY. Target and Walmart are 90 days. Home Depot has 180 days return policy. Best Buy only gives you FIFTEEN DAYS to return an item. Apparently we missed their window when returning an item in an unopened box. We were denied. Who would even know a company has a 15 return policy???? Are you kidding me? What kind of company thinks they can compete with a 15 DAY RETURN policy when everyone else is offering a much more reasonable window. Oh wait, there is a catch....they offer Best Buy + which costs around $50 a year and that gives you 60 days....still shorter than their competition! What a joke. AVOID BEST BUY if there is any reason you might return something. I am moving all our corporate purchases away from Best But after this experience.

We purchased a monitor that we decided we could not use as it was too big for our desk. When we tried to return it they said they could’t take it back because it was outside of the 15 day return window. It had never even been opened. The manager came over and did not even look at me, just told the employee to remind me of the policy. Meanwhile the young kid helping me asked why I wanted to return it. I told him I thought it was bigger than I needed and he replied with “that’s what she said”. The entire experience was insinuating and disrespectful. Best Buy may not be all bad but I would avoid the Dimond location as the employees are mature and rude. I would also caution you to ask what the policy’s are as no one informed me of this when I purchased it.

The worst experience.. waited a month for a washer/ dryer to be delivered. It came faulty, we reached back out for support and waited over an hour for support. Got disconnected three times in that span of time. And still bo solution to this broken washer. If you want to spend $1500 on equipment don’t do it through them. Zero help

I was passed around to four different people before anyone could give me a positive answer on a question then they had the nerve to try to charge me more than what my product cost to help me set it up in the past. I’ve had wonderful experience with Best Buy but from now on, I will no longer purchase anything from Best Buy. Because of the sad experience I just dealt with.

Great company with great items. I love the fact I can order online then pickup. I love the fact that you get a notification when items are ready and a Scan Order code to show them.I do not enjoy the pickup line however. It was longer (worse) than just going through checkout. Guess everyone had the same idea I did. Great items though. Easy to use online purchasing! B+ overall experience.

It's been months since I've had good customer service here...I went to look at a lens to find the sales associate sitting on the floor, in front of the lens, on their phone (not work). They wouldn't look up. I asked to see the lens and they let out a long sigh and got someone else on the radio to do it. When attempting to look at the lens, I was rushed to the register and the price came up as stock. This was an open box item that was advertised as lower than retail. Upon changing the price, a manager overide was needed. The floor manager came over and proceeded to rapidly decline he can even do anything to change the total to match the advertised price. The manager's final conclusion was that I should buy it online and pick it up when they process the order. Not once did they ever scan the red label signaling a returned item. The only bar code anyone scanned was the one on the box, ignoring the several 'open box' labels. No staff, no customer service and no more business from me, a total tech member. /formerly

The service level at the Dimond store is terrible. I arrived around 1:30 in the afternoon on Wednesday. The computer department had one employee who told me and another man standing next to me, that there were four people ahead of us. The man next to me indicated he was ready to buy a tablet, and just needed the employee to pull the item. I was also buying a brand new tablet, and an explain that to the employee who told us we'd have to wait, and that it would be at least 20 to 30 minutes. At which point, myself, and the other man walked out. Along with two other customers who were standing near us. I'm not sure how Best Buy can afford to have expensive sales like new table, or new computers walk out the door. But apparently they can. When I asked the manager why this was happening, I was told it's because they are having trouble hiring. Hiring people is not hard when you offer more money per hour. Best Buy can't afford to pay its employees, but can afford to have sales walk out the door. I highly recommend no one buy the extended warranty from Best Buy. I don't think they'll be in business much longer.

There's a customer service desk as soon as you enter the store at this location. The man there was very courteous and helpful. I requested someone to help me in the Camera Department. A young man by the name of Sam Lee came to my rescue. I needed a memory card for my phone and also inquired about other important things regarding it. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and stayed with me every step of the way, explaining what he could to help me. Best Buy Store is so lucky to haveSam Lee as their employee. He represents them well.

I won’t be returning to this store. I can understand a queue system when it’s a particularly busy shopping day. I can’t however, understand a queue system when the store is half empty with multiple employees standing around idle and you can’t ask a quick question about a product you’re thinking about buying. Just absurd! I think this attempt to streamline customer service looked really good in theory but in practice, it’s a disaster. I certainly won’t be wasting my time in such a broken process.

I’ve been here waiting for 30 minutes for a “sales associate” to open a locked display case. First of all, why don’t ALL the employees have the ability to help customers? There are…7 employees within sight standing around unable to help because they aren’t “sales associates”! Not one of them even have a cloak or wizard beard….so why are they so special. What would a company limit their employees to the point of disaster with customers AND employees standing around? This place is stupid. Ok, got this mysteriously knowledgeable “sales associate” now and he is Googling the questions we have. So, we should probably be safe now!

I wanted to purchase a phone. A sales associate told me I needed to add my name to the list at the front of the store for the next available sales associate. He told me it would be about 20 min.After an hour of waiting I left.

Everyone seemed to be quick to send you elsewhere. Eventually went back to same person and slowly worked my way to resolving the issue. Found replacement item came back person was gone had to wait even longer to get help again 15 min turned In to 1 hr minimal fix. Very understaffed and one person was slow to respond to help check some one out. To busy pulling out sodas and putting them back. Not a big fan of this place everything is poorly labeled trying to find all the info is draining you pretty much have to have Google app open to find out about most products.
