I've been a customer for over 4 years and I'm very happy with the services that I have received.
They have worked with me a number of times. They have given me extra time to get caught up on my bill when I was 3 plus months late.
And they are always kind and patient with all their customers.
Also I feel that my property that is in their storage unit is safe from theift and other safety issues.

Better, friendlier customer service than any other storage place I've used. I move a lot, so there have been quite a few. No hidden fees, gave me a lock instead of charging for it. Which is great - I had a storage unit at a different place broken into mainly because I hadn't got around to putting one of the round style that are much harder to saw into on the door. It's like they're happy people who want your junk to stay safe. Refreshing.

I had a unit at the Dowling storage and the gentlemen were very friendly and helpful. They gave a 110% to help, they even went out of there way to put a lock on my unit if I forgot. I just wish I would not have had to leave town like I did. I don't would recommend them 100%

I love these guys their rates are more then competitive. They are friendly and helpful.Plus it's a gated facility and the units are heated and mine is inside the building so your nice and comfortable with good lighting, we feel safe even alone at night to go there and go threw item left in storage.

Really helpful ?? during our move to store our stuff here. Month to month lease, and they pro-rated the rent when we moved out! Once you are given an amount for rent it's locked in and no hidden fees. Plus you can create an online account and pay your bill or even set auto payments up. Really great people, secure grounds.

Love the online payment ability on Sunday morning when I was trying to drop stuff off but my gate code didn't work cuz I forgot to pay the bill. Thank goodness they have this feature

So far so good, and the employees have decent personalities, if your not the type that needs someone to pamper your bottom, then this seems like a good all American spot to me....
