They are equally as awesome at bicycle service appts. In particular, Timely at the service shop went above and beyond to make sure the bike I borrowed from a neighbor was in great condition. They were very busy when I went in, but he pays attention to detail and treats every customer like they are of utmost importance. When/if I get a new or used bike, I'll check here first!”
