Seriously the best place is town to get your car worked on. I went to get my car horn fixed and wasn’t charged anything when they just had to fix a burnt out fuse.
Even though it was a small fix, they could’ve absolutely taken advantage of me and said that they fixed it and dig into my wallet, simply because I am a woman. I went in thinking I’d be charged over $240, and ended up walking away crying in absolute RELIEF.
They treat everyone fairly and it is extremely reasonable price for the work they do. I’ve always had good experiences getting my car into Big O’s.
Sometimes the wait-list to get your vehicle in is long but very well worth it when this establishment is founded on honesty, respect for any gender and efficient work. God Bless Big O’s!

Called to get my vehicle in and the guy was rude to me and told me to “take it to ford” didn’t even get a chance to explain to him the problem I was having. EXTREMELY RUDE!!

Highly recommend!! I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could. Absolutely great customer service. I went to Alaska to buy a car for my younger son but before buying I wanted to make sure that I had it inspected by a professional mechanic. When I arrived at Big O Automotive, I explained my situation. Amy and Tom at the front desk, were extremely helpful and put themselves in my shoes understanding that it was important to find any possible problems with the car I was leaving for my son.
We went with their advice and my son’s new car was the right choice thanks to the professional and experienced advice from the team at Big O Automotive.
