They have made me a customer for life. They were able to take a hand me down old purse and sew in new snaps, add new hardware and give the bag a clean and condition. They were friendly, chatty, helpful and kind. Will 100% be using them in the future.

All of their shoes/boots are high-end, top-shelf, highly desirable. They don't clutter up the store with "junk" - you get what you pay for. Don't waste your time trying to "shop around" just go to Boot Country.

A real boot store not a prepackaged store that you tend to nearly only find now.They used to be a full cobbler store but the gentleman owner has retired from the repair side of the shoe and boot business. The knowledge of proper fit and shoe inserts come from years of experience. Sales are usually available and discounts too depending on your employment etc...Great place to get real quality footwear stop by if your need a pair of work boots. Best place in town in my opinion.

I have a pair of brown boots that are in need of some TLC especially with all the snow and slush. I took them in and Sydney shared she'd be able to give them the proper care to ensure they come back to life and have some worn out protection against the elements. I dropped them off on Sunday and they were promised on Wednesday. I also had her due a clean and polish on a black pair of boots and they came out beautifully. Can't wait to see what my brown boots will look like after her care...

We just drove by and there was a closed sign up, so we tried to call. A message machine picks up, tells us that the store is open, will be open until 6 pm, thanks us for calling, and hangs up on us. That's not helpful or informative.
