*I have never had a problem before with them, also during this visit they did put on the wipers I bought from AutoZone since they had to do my wiper recall.Originally contacted because of my car - a wiper recall, good customer service before I had my car in the shop, when picking it up they took a minute relocating my car since it was not in the front, they gave it to us with the window rolled down, when I finally got on the road I rolled it up to find a crack on my driver window up to down, we went back. My husband was told it was not their responsibility and to call my insurance, we asked for someone else, he actually took the time to come out and look at the damage. He apologized and said his general manager will be getting back to me today with a solution, which hasn’t happened. I called, emailed, texted, I have been having a hard time trying to figure out a solution with them.

1 star for me because of the lack of communication. They did fix my truck within 7 days even though they told me 2-3 days. I showed up in person to get a status update after receiving no calls or texts back, come to found out it was done. Person at the service desk blamed it on someone on the other end of the store.Left on a weird note and will consider bringing my truck elsewhere next time.

Again, Lythia South Anchorage Chevrolet has come through for me. Late in the afternoon on a Friday I needed to have a battery installed. Mike in Service was quick to respond to my needs and about an hour later I drove out of the shop with my new battery installed in my pickup...... Brad Brown

Please stop supporting these places. Their service center has been so rude to my wife and I. We always skip this place now and go out of our way to a different place to have our suburban worked on. Have had much better luck with Swickard.

If I could give zero I would. I went in around 9am for an oil change. Waited and waited. Finally around 1230 I went to the desk and they hadn't even started working on my car. So much for express oil change. After reading recent reviews I took my car and left. Over three hours and they hadn't worked on it. Ridiculous. I also called to remove the lifetime oil change from my payments. I was told they can't cancel those. I'm super upset and will try a different lithia for an oil change but I needed to write this review.

My 2022 GMC 1500 (still under warranty) is in the shop for what they say is a transmission problem. The warranty pays for a loaner vehicle - but only after the problem is “fully diagnosed” - which they say could take up to 3 months!!! I don’t remember seeing that in the small print. I feel like I’ve been deceived.

Rude and unprofessional staff. Don’t bother scheduling appointments because they are “first come first serve” even though they take appointments ahead of time. You’ll waste your whole day waiting. Salesman was also not helpful and very short with us. Obviously they don’t want to make any money. You are better off taking your vehicle elsewhere!

I took my truck for service to this dealer and when I pick it up it was damage like they hit a wall I talk to the manager and he said he will check the cameras I’ll waited like 2 weeks he never get back to me so I keep calling him and never get a hold of him until now and he just told me they can’t see nothing on the cameras and unfortunately they can’t do anything that really makes me mad because we didn’t take the truck damage how they give it to us really really bad service on that part and next time will take pictures before take it to anywhere because of them my husband is really upset because they don’t want to take responsibility!

The sales department is good. They do work with you but where the dealership fails miserably is the service department. They advertise a first come first serve policy to help the customer. What a joke. I arribed 6:30am monday to drop off my vehicle for a simple sensor swap. 3 days later hasnt been touched. Unbelievable...The only way to get any service done besides an expensive oil change or tire swap is to leave your vehicle there for an extended time. +1 week. Lithia should do better. No excuse for this. I will never recommend their dealership for anything. Either they dont care about anything other than fleet service or are just too busy for ordinary customers.

Disappointing visits to repair my Colorado. They had the truck for a couple months, identified two issues they thought were causal and fixed them. Unfortunately, after two months they still hadn’t fixed the reason I brought the truck it - light was on as soon as I started the truck. Had to bring it back, and the second time they actually found the issue and fixed it after another couple of weeks. Difficult to get in contact with and struggled to order/track the parts required to fix it on both occasions. I recommend looking elsewhere.
