Rudest Gas station I’ve ever been in! The lady dint say hi or anything, sighed and rolled her eyes when I gave her cash, dint count it back just put it on the counter turned he back and started talking to her coworker!

I have never had such poor service from these people until today. My appointment was booked for today on June3,2024. The young lady said to be at the shop before 10 am. I dropped my car at 8:15ish. I waited and waited. Finally around 3:30 p.m. I went over there in person. I was told that the mechanic was on lunch and did not get off lunch until 4:30 p.m. Meanwhile, the me hanci said I did not specify to change my fan belt out but wanted diagnostic so he orders my part and that is the last time I heard from him since4:45 or so.

Sold me tires I didn't ask for. Had studs on them but nvr called to see if that's what I wanted and still put them on. Tryna charge me after I seen them and ask to take it back off. They ended up popping the studs out. Two days later noticed their was a bubble on the back tire. Effin crooks over there besides jc thts the homie

Only came here because someone recommended it in a bind to get a tire plugged/repaired quickly. 1.5 hours later and still haven't touched my tire. No fix either. Super cool

Called for pricing and time availability. When I showed up 10 minutes later was told they can't help me tonight. Hopefully I don't get stuck on the side of the road.EDIT: Finally got them to change my tire after getting a full-on flat. Considering how long it took to get a tire changed over I did not trust them to quickly put it on my vehicle, so I did it myself. They complained about that and then complained when I tried to pay.Spend your money elsewhere if you can.

Every visit thus far has gone well. Prices seem competitive. It's in a great location for us, Debarr and Airport Heights, directly across from Alaska Regional hospital near Merrill Field airport. While we've only had mild work done, there have been no disappointments. This is mostly for the gas.Our routine is pretty simple, we stop after leaving the hospital for fuel and snacks, then up the road to the Glenn and home.

Do not bring your ride here for any change over they loosen my cv axle bolts last time they cut the cv boot up just from the ride home from there had grease all over and they will charge you for what you don't need and ask for then charge you for it will never go here again so don't come here anyone

I will NEVER go back to Is Airport Heights Chevron. THE WORST! Sevice I've ever had in my life , any place. They tell me to come down they are only taking 4 more cars. I get down there at 2:45 PM I'm waiting a couple hours they change shift, with a new counter girl . I go back inside around 5 PM. Ask them why it's taking so long. they said it'll just be a little bit longer. I go back in at 7 o'clock, nobody's done anything with my vehicle yet. ( They could have told me that it might take a long time. like there's 3,4, or 8 cars in front of you but they did not say that. ) I finally got my keys and left without my tires being changed. My advice Don't patronize these people. they've done the worst job ive seen for customer service. ...And the worst part of it is, when I went back in at 7 o'clock to ask why I'm sitting here this long to get my truck fixed..? She goes others 4 more cars in front of you yet...!!!!!!??? ??

I took my 4 tires in for a swap and they were brand new tires one of my tires that they did was leaking air because they didn't do a good job on it now I'm worried they might not do a good job on all 4 ?♂️?♂️

I wish I had more hands, so I could give this place 4 thumbs down!!!????I Had some work done on my vehicle...there's an insert pictured... It was there when I arrived and it was broken in my cup holder when I left... Made a complaint, got the run around, That it was like that and my guys wouldn't do that blah blah blah... Is more run around for over a month before I was given a replacement... Then I made the mistake of having something else done there... I didn't notice till I got the car back home, But my metal water bottle (also pictured) was missing... I called the shop , I said I'm missing my water bottle they said they "looked and asked" around, "oh it's not here you must have lost it somewhere else"Then about an hour later I get a call... it had miraculously showed up and I must have left it on the counter...WRONG!!! Never been back!!!

The team is great and friendly; labor on my car was very much more expensive the parts itself. They completed the goal on my fixing my car other than one issue that was resolved after a few weeks.
