520 E 34th Ave STE 201, Anchorage“I attended for forklift certification. This was the only facility open to teaching AND providing hands-on training. Paul H. is an excellent instructor who not only answered my questions, but expounded on each event I may encounter on the job. He allowed me time to familiarize myself with the equipment, and gave tasks to ensure I was comfortable performing them. They truly go above and beyond. Thanks Paul!”

Other than that, it is a beautiful facility. The staff was pleasant and professional. It was clean. I will return. I will dress in far more removable layers.”

2823 E Tudor Rd, Anchorage“The Anchorage Gospel Rescue mission has changed my life, I ended up there many years ago, I was homeless and and just stopped drinking alcohol only days before going in. There men's program is wonderful and can help change your mind set through biblical teachings. The day to day shelter feeds many homeless. They also have a clothing room open on Monday evenings. Sleep up to 60 men a night who can also shower and clean them selfs up. Chapel is every evening at 7:30pm. It truly is a remarkable place.”
“I have had contact with and have worked with SSG for many years. They are consistently professional, helpful and kind. They follow through on what they say they will so and are very helpful to me as a professional and the families they serve. I highly recommend their services.”
“I have been shopping and donating to this place for past 3 years and I love shopping here. Amazing offerings for baby, women and men’s fashion and housewares. They have antiques, small furniture and seasonal items. The manager has really organized this place and the staff are always friendly. Well worth shopping and donating here and supporting their mission.”

4000 Ambassador Dr, Anchorage“Used their emergency services three times. The first was NOvember 2020, and I spent a night getting stabilized. From that stabilization, my regular physician managed to piece together a therapy, even though problems with a seriously deviated septum kept the symptoms going..The second use was when my throat was so sore I could not swallow after the therapy of the first visit. They found a quick fix for that. The third visit was serotonin syndrome (masquerading as a panic attack), also resulting from the deviated septum. I was in such shape that there was no way they could perform tests for what they thought might be wrong. I signed out, but the tests they wanted to do would have saved my life if I had a more serious condition. Finally, in late February, 2021 I got surgery for the deviated septum and the companion symptoms subsided. My peripheral serotonin also normalized at a much lower level. The folk there were quick to act, and were able to insert needles for blood tests and IVs, despite the fact that my veins roll away from needles. I remember apologizing to one medical professional who brought in an ultrasound rig to find a vein. I apologized to her and she chuckled, pointing out that my veins represented job security to her.”

755 A St, Anchorage“It was ok. The staff was a hit or miss. They didn't really cater to working youth and they didn't provide you with the ability to wash your clothes. Other than that, it was a safe environment and a great opportunity for those in need.”
8AM - 5PM
100 W 13th Ave, Anchorage“My experience at this shelter was 20+ years ago. I do hope things have improved since then. I'm giving this review 5 stars in good faith that the women there are treated fairly and with compassion. My time there was traumatic, I was roomed with a drug user and subsequently kicked out with my 15 month old daughter because I shared a room with that woman and drugs were found. It may seem strange that I waited 20 years to say something but even though I've personally overcome many obstacles and gained wisdom throughout the years, I still have certain traumas that have stuck with me mentally. Being an abused young woman with a baby, nowhere to go, no family and during the winter was cruel. I plead my innocence to deaf ears. I do pray there are better policies and more compassionate staff now.”
“Investment is the best way to generate more income for yourself, trading and investing on a top-notch platform with a trustworthy, dependable and steadfast Forex broker like Mrs Katie , I earned a profit of 30%-100% daily and a total of $14,000 after 6 days of effective trading and mining on my account. With the minimum capital of $1,000 I watched my profit grow daily until I made my withdrawal successfully through the market. The time and efforts you had put into this work that is beyond excellence. Take my cordial thanks!
