I went in to order a part for my Honda at 4 weeks later they told me the part never got ordered so they had to reorder it also pay cash money up front for it and when I went in they told me I never did and so they ripped me off a hundred bucks and to me Continental Honda is nothing more then a scam for the public a rip off the cars are Quality Cars don't get me wrong I've got some of the best cars in the world but the staff there they're liars cheaters scam artists manipulators and in my opinion Continental Honda and Anchorage needs new leadership new general manager parts manager sales manager Etc

I'm car shopping, without any real sure idea of what i want. I want a new car, a sedan or hatchback, not gray, black, silver, white or beige, like i want a bright colour. It has to be good looking, and be able to fit in a 2 car garage, where there are already 2 vehicles jigsawed in there - like there's space for another car, but it's tight. So, hence why i discuss things with salesmen, because they know the dimensions and available colours and stuff, and will pull one out in front for me on their lot. I've tried Toyota, Subaru, Mazda, Ford, and now Honda. I come to the showroom, and there's a Civic in the showroom in an interesting grayish-mauve colour. Kinda ok looking. Don't see any Customer Service reps hanging about, which is weird, because in all the other places, they literally either come to you outside,, as you're getting out of your car, or greet you with a big smile as soon as you get in the door. There's always multiples available. In all the ones we've been to, plenty of Sales guys. Practically elbowing each other aside to get to you, and secure the deal. So we're standing around, waiting for some assistance, a guy comes over, he doesn't look like a sales rep, more like a service-looking type of guy, he announces they only have 1 salesman, who's currently helping somebody (and has other people waiting for him) and what kinda car are we looking for, and I'm like "I dunno" to which he gets an attitude, and tells me unless i know what I'm looking for, he can't help. I didn't appreciate the rudeness and the attitude, even though it was obvious he was having a bad day. 1 salesman, several people obviously waiting around to speak to said salesman, and an overwhelmed guy who's not having the best day, does not bode well for a future purchase from here. If they can't keep hold of salesmen, then what's their service department look like? We walked out, and i am not at all happy with Honda. Thanks, but no thanks Honda. I'll buy my new car elsewhere

Had a 10am service reserved for a oil change. Dropped car of 45mins early. Car was done at 10:13am. Quick easy online reservations, quick check in at service center.

Anna Vongphachanh was a great help finding out new car. She stayed with us throughout the whole process and answered all our questions. Also she didn't push us out of our budget, which was a relief and she was so understanding and respectful.

Let me preface this by saying that I am almost always well taken care of by the service department when I take my older vehicle in for service and repairs. Recently, I had the alternator replaced on my Honda Civic to the tune of almost $900! I understand inflation, blah blah blah and all that but come on... Almost a grand for a alternator?!

Originally walked in prepared to leave a 3 star review due to calling to schedule a service appointment 3 different times leaving voicemail, talking with one general operator, and no return call over a span of 3 days. However, I made an in-person visit and they were able to quickly fit me in. Brandon in Services took care of me and is the sole reason for the upgrade to 5 stars for going above and beyond to take care of my situation and my car. I am also very appreciative of the service team for their quickness, availability, and fixing my car issue.

I would like to start by saying the service department has always been fantastic. This review is solely for the sales department. Twice now I have tried to buy a vehicle from Continental Honda. The first time was in 2019. I tried to order a car only to never hear back about said car. I contacted the dealership more than one in reference. I never heard back. I ended up buying elsewhere. More recently I was interested in a used vehicle. I was told it was in the shop and would be available the following week. The salesperson was supposed to reach out to me when it was available. It's now been 2 weeks and the truck is no longer on their website. I never heard anything. So I again bought someone else. Ended up with a new vehicle instead. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. If what your looking for isn't immediately available they will not follow up with you.

Zero service after the sell. Electrical problems and managers just couldn't care less. No courtesy shuttle so prepare to miss work or be harassing your friends. Not going to purchase a third one from Continental.

I just bought an OLD Honda and took it into the dealership to get looked at, what a great experience right off the bat. The employees are very nice and knowledgeable. I am very glad I bought a Honda and decided to go to the dealership for the work. I've been working with Phil who is very nice and patient.
