I've never had a problem going here. I don't understand people forgetting their form of payment is reason to give this store a 1 star. Sad how rude the licensed supposed professionals are. I think they are constantly stocking, and yes, do run out of stuff just like anywhere else. I've been shopping here with my licenses since 2005 as it says licensed professional beauty supply shop and Cosmo Prof- prof means professional so if people don't know what that means and go shopping in there it's not their fault as they help thousands- how can they know if you went in there without a license? Just saying. All these 1 star and low scores are ridiculous. They are always smiling, helpful, and kind. Never snobby, so I'm not sure where people are getting that from. It's one of the reasons I like going there- it's the least snobby of any of the beauty supply shops in Anchorage. Besides that they have great products and also do deliveries which I love.

For hells sake do y’all know how to smile?? Please have a sign in front of your dam entrance that you need to be licensed to purchase anything because we spent a very long time in there looking for what we need just to get to the cashier snobby rude lady to tell us that we can’t purchase anything unless licensed. My god !! It’s common sense. You don’t deserve not even one leg of a star. ?
