Ordered tires and have been calling for 3 days to confirm if they arrived and i cant get anyone on the phone. Even had the administration take my name and number saying they would call me back. Never did. Literally cant get a soul to answer 1 simple question for me.

Terrible experience, purchased the tires online and they said they shipped the day after. It’s been stuck like that the entire time (coming up on a month now). They absolutely will not answer their phone I call multiple times throughout the day and nothing. I even transferred over to Administration but they said there was nothing they could do and that I would have to come in person, so I did. Once I got there I noticed their phone ringer is silent, which I get they are busy and it’s tire season but I live in the valley, not the easiest to come by and check to make sure my tires are going to be here. I talk with the lady she was really nice and helpful but they have no idea where my tires are, called the dealer and they said they were delivered but they have no record of it blah blah blah. Long story short the tire center told me they would call be back once they found them but they never did. Now I need to go back into town just to start this whole thing over again. I’m pretty sure I’m just going to refund them at this point and go somewhere else. I just figured with Costco I’ve never had a bad experience but this tire center is terrible and absolutely unacceptable in terms of service.

Prices are good but very poor customer service. No one ever answers the phone. Rarely anyone at the front to help.

Had a flat tire. Had to wait almost a month to get a replacement due to shipping issues with getting my tire replaced with the exact make/version to match my other 3. Contacted Justin, the manager every week to get update. He was always professional and helpful. They finally got the tire in and I went to pick it up and the wrong tire was installed on my rim. Justin was there and went above and beyond to get me taken care of same day with all new tires for the massive delay and error. Dalton at the front desk is solid and professional. These guys are in a thankless job. Making mistakes is life. But, Justin and Dalton have made my life easier by being the amazing professionals they are, and going above and beyond to make sure I was finally taken care of! They even packed my spare tire back in the trunk and put all the parts back together in the trunk space. Wow! Thank you Justin, Dalton, and the Tire team! You guys rule!

Made an appointment to fix a nail in a tire at 3:15, they weren’t done for 2 hours. Ridiculous.

Shout out to my lifesavers: Jared, Kiah, and Johnny!
The Alaskan Highway chewed up my tires, but these unsung heroes managed to replace my tires during their busy schedule, same day! (Yes, they are appointment based, but I was so desperate that I was willing to wait from opening to closing for the hope that they might find the time to change out my tires.)
10/10 for their customer service, flexibility, courtesy, and work ethic.
Thanks for making my arrival to Alaska a happy one!

Supervisor Mark or Mike has very bad attitude and communication skills.

Excellent service and value. Just purchased 2 sets of tires for 2 different cars. I had to special order due to size availability, still got the discount promotion and free shipping and installation. The guys in the shop were great. I love the tires they recommended. After installation they even reset my tpms sensors for free, The Anchorage Subaru dealer charges me close to $100 every changeover to reset the tpms... Got to love Costco...

Another reviewer wrote on here that it actually would be better to spend the extra money elsewhere, at a -you know, actual TIRE SHOP which specializes in their selection of tires+service=happy customers. Here, at our wonderful one-stop shopping Costco, any sort of laser focus is (surprise!) nowhere to be found. I mean, after all, it's Costco. Long story short folks. You best pay attention. Super friendly can only go so far. I would rather have dealt with a competent grump, than the experience I was given this past Good Friday. (I never made it to church by the way.)The wrong size tires were put on my car. Having been sent on my way, after having to wait for 2 hours, I was forced to return due to a loud knocking sound. Alas, the wrong size tires were put on my car, because the correct size tires were only available at the Dimond store. I would have been more than happy to just go there myself. Instead, I had to wait yet another 2 hours to have the correct sized tires transported over and installed. After almost 5 hours, I was finally released only to be told that NO. I was not able to receive an invoice or receipt of any kind for the current tires that were put on my car. WHAT? No receipt after spending close to a grand? Oh, no- but I can email you a receipt. Fine. It will take about a hour. What? Guess what? It's been 3 days, and still NO EMAIL. NO RECEIPT. What am I supposed to use should I need to use the warranty? One last thing. The spare tire I had to use because of the dangerous pothole I hit that sent me here in the first place was put back in my trunk muddy. Thanks so much.

I don't know if I can articulate why but...to me...this is the inferior Costco in town. Like the other, it is always dreadfully crowded and the parking lot is hell on earth. I feel like the selection here isn't as exhaustive, but I can't prove it. The diamond location wins because the parking lot is slightly bigger and it's MUCH easier to navigate into and out of it. It's also close to Anchorage Brewing Company, so there's that.

Made an appointment for 4pm. Got there at 350 to drop off keys and has to wait 20 minutes in line to do so. Was told it would be done between 5-530. Got back to Costco at 520 and it hadn’t been started yet. People without appointments were in and out in 45 minutes. Bottom line, the word “appointment” is foreign to Costco tire staff. They just grab whatever keys are on the table. Your best bet is to drop off and pick up at the end of the day. Or go somewhere that’s know what “appointment” means.

Called to see if they had tires available before making the long trip and they said yes, they had 12. Show up, and they didn't have any available. Appreciate the long drive for nothing.

Great staff and overall good experience however a bit overpriced, specially for being Costco I was expecting prices to be more affordable.

Ordered four winter tires from Costco and scheduled an appointment to get them put on. Arrived to my appointment and they didn't even pull the car in until over an hour after my appointment time. 15 minutes after they pulled the car in I got a call from Michael Rivera the shop supervisor. He rudely told me that they couldn't get the tires off of my car and that I'd have to go somewhere else because he was not going to break his tools getting the tires off my car. I left and went straight to the auto hobby shop on JBER and within 5 minutes or less I had the tires off the car. Not sure how Michael has a job at a tire center if he's so incompetent that he can't take tires off a car and then is rude to customers because of his inability to do so.
