If I could leave zero stars I would. Ordered a dishwasher for delivery/install, and have been chasing them for a month to try to get it. Customer service so far has all blamed the last person we spoke to, lied about leadership/ VP involvement in their logistics, blamed the weather, and then come to realize that they don't actually have anyone in our area to take up the installation contract. That took a MONTH. To compensate? They will reimburse me for the installation that I now have to arrange, even though that was part of the cost of ordering it. They have been awful awful awful. Do not under any circumstance buy small appliances through them - their logistics teams are a joke and they do not care about the mess they create.

We love that you had a moose hanging out there. I guess he needed a few things before he headed home so we stopped at Costco and we stopped to take pictures of him. He was amazing beautiful just adorably large. He was eating your trees and we didn’t mind a bit and it was 2 feet of snow so we didn’t think you did either, thank Costco for feeding the moose. Even moose made love. We were so grateful to see him thank you, Costco!!!

10/05/23- One thing I can say about Costco is there deli prices are the same nationwide. Which means one can get a quick snack at a low price.I walked around they had deals on winter clothes for adults and children. If I lived here I would easily update my winter gear.Nice employees and well stocked.

15 years ago I was overjoyed when they opened the Duncanville Costco. Unlike other DFW area Costco warehouse locations, the Duncanville location is not always full of people during the week, although weekends are still packed. I have always been a fan of Costco, from their great gas prices to their pantry staples, clothing, furniture, etc. They have a fantastic return policy on their items... your satisfaction guaranteed or your money back... period. Only electronics and a few other things have a time limit, since people were taking advantage of this. I have noticed the Costco warehouses in Dallas have a different selection of wines and sometimes even carry caviar for the holidays, where the Duncanville location does not. Still, I am thrilled to have a Costco location close by. I look forward to my visits there, unlike some of the more busy and crowded stores. They have a regular and an executive level membership. I find the executive membership is well worth the cost, as I receive a check every year based on my purchases that always exceeds the executive membership cost. They also guarantee if you don't think your membership was worth it, you can cancel and get a full refund. (Not many people do this). I even used the Costco auto buying program, where you get fleet pricing, and don't have to haggle with a salesman and the manager for your final price. The food court is a nice bonus too. Give it a try...

This was a tire service trip. Costco is the only place to get tires. Best prices (watch for the sales), free rotations, free repairs. I have also switched here for batteries, not my favorite brand, but prices can't be beat.

I've shopped here hundreds of times in recent year while working part-time for Instacart. It's my favorite store to shop and I'd shop here exclusively if I could. The employees are so upbeat and friendly, and the store is always clean and seems well-managed. Love this place.

We live in Seattle and it’s always nice to see what different items a different location a Costco has. This Costco was nicely laid out, and had everything in stocked. The staff was the always expected friendly staff. They had a variety of foods that were different along with electronics. Something to note is their return policy. If you’re not happy with something you bought at Costco, return it within 2 even 3 years on most items. They have a satisfaction guarantee. Not completely satisfied, return it. I’ve even returned a vacuum that was 7 years old. I went and bought a new vacuum but they didn’t know that prior to my purchase.

I love going out to dinner here. I go around Costco in my battle tank and I eat some food samples. 10/10 experience with great free food samples. Usually 57.48 samples come to my personal delighting. The small tacos are mid.

Costco always have quality products at very reasonable prices. I'm surprised and happy to see so many popular Asian food at the Anchorage location.

Waited an hour and 15 minutes for two pizzas from Costco. I was not the only one. I watched like 40 pizzas be turned into the single slices. One dude called in his order and it was a single pizza and still waited as long as me. One guy wanted to cancel his order and got it before even having chance to cancel

2023: haven't gotten anything that required cumbersome loading due to below. Now there are people asking at the register to see membership cards before they will allow you to check out. Real odd, already have to show it at the entrance.Ultimately not impressed, but also not any more disappointed, so will leave it at 3 star.2020: good luck getting help here. Talked to multiple employees about getting help with loading 3 beds. One cart pusher helped, it took a rather displeased phone call to get any additional assistance. Despite asking before, during, and after purchasing the beds. I even had staff walk by while myself and the one helper were struggling in the heat to load these. Disgraceful and lost 2 stars.2019: Thoughtful and considerate employees. I was helped by various departments in my pursuit of some straps, bungee cords, or even tape. The only option was some huge duct tape, not what i needed. But i was helped so earnestly the same. The cashier also packed the box in such a strategic manner to help me make it home. I ended up borrowing some tape from another department.Suffice to say these are after pictures, having made it home as scarily as it was. Nothing dropped, broken, or in any way out of order.

Wow! Never been treated so poorly at a Costco. I was actually told by three rude employees that refused to call for a manager that I would have to walk up front and get one. Employee, Jayden was exceptionally rude. Once my husband came over they miraculously were able to call a manager. Judging by these employees bad attitudes I doubt that much is even done to improve their customer relations. They were not the least bit concerned about getting a manager involved. Doubt I will ever go to this COSTCO again.

The Costco in Anchorage is surprisingly the same when compared to any other Costco I’ve visited, which is amazing considering its remote location. The prices, incredibly, are nearly the same, if not cheaper than our local Costco in Kansas. The novel $1.50 Hotdog Combo is still only $1.50.Great place to pick up some supplies if you’re from out of town, just make sure to have your membership card ready, because they will make sure you’re allowed to get such great deals here in Alaska.

This is just like any other Costco they're having the best customer service too.of course they're having some things other Costco doesn't have it.
