Dale was the person who help me and my brother with porting their number over from another carrier. Was very welcoming and explainable over everything. We came here because other location(DiamondMall) was horrible send us away and not want to help us at all and was super rude. Recommend this person for help at this location.

I hated the man that help me there 2 days ago I simple ask if he can check my phone out for me and he started to act like he couldn’t help me and anything I asked him he would shrug it of like it wasn’t a legit question I say bad management the workers that this store need proper manners

Such a bummer running errands and trying to call this location. No one answered. Google "says" it's open till 5pm. It is closed. Very inconvenient. I hope they chang to their correct hours.

Jacob is amazing I went in today thinking that I was going to lose all of my data on my phone that I need for certain things and he was able to help me figure out how to fix it. This guy goes over and beyond he should get a raise at his job or all of us customers that love how kind and caring he is should give him tips help him out. Cause he deserves to get paid way more than he does. He has helped me out so much when not once but multiple times when I thought all my data was gonna be lost. I gotta be honest I am dum when it comes to eltrics and how to save anything. On my advices. I am so greatful for Jacob and I hope God bless him during this time.

I was having trouble with my phone I thought my service had been disconnected but it turned out it was just a problem with my phone. The manager was pretty rude at first but after we got to talking we both unthawed and she was very nice. She even found me a phone I could afford which was a great help because I just lost my job.
