Never answer their phone. Even tho they say they are open no one is in store when you go in person.

Jacob is amazing I went in today thinking that I was going to lose all of my data on my phone that I need for certain things and he was able to help me figure out how to fix it. This guy goes over and beyond he should get a raise at his job or all of us customers that love how kind and caring he is should give him tips help him out. Cause he deserves to get paid way more than he does. He has helped me out so much when not once but multiple times when I thought all my data was gonna be lost. I gotta be honest I am dum when it comes to eltrics and how to save anything. On my advices. I am so greatful for Jacob and I hope God bless him during this time.

I was having trouble with my phone I thought my service had been disconnected but it turned out it was just a problem with my phone. The manager was pretty rude at first but after we got to talking we both unthawed and she was very nice. She even found me a phone I could afford which was a great help because I just lost my job.

Customer service there was not good. Second time I went there, and their attitude is still the same. They were personally offended when I decided not to purchase a phone. The guy cashier just butts in whenever he wants even when other cashier's are in the middle of helping a customer.

Got phone from cricket and had nothing but problems screen freezes up everything is interverted asked sales man for help and he didn't know what to dowas not able to fix it. I've had this rotten phone for only a week and felt they should of switched the phone out for same model that actually works, I'll never suggest ttheir service to any one!!!

The store is closed despite their "temporary hours" stating they should have been open over 30 minutes ago. Why come here when I can drive to another store that is always open on time? Simply because it is closer to my home? I should've known better. They were no help the last time I came to this location either.

Called yesterday about times they are open told me they would open at 12-5 went there no call answered store closed never again I’ll most likely go with another cell company
