On February 26th 2024 in Anchorage Alaska. I paid a visit to our local dairy queen. When entering the restaurant, I was greeted by a young man named Malachi. This young man deserves a raise for the way he serves customers. Even though they looked short staffed, Malachi still manage to give his best customer service to my family and I. Customer service and atmosphere was great. However, the food was cold when I got my food. Paid over $50+ for the meals to be cold.When I asked for a manager, the shift lead didn't show any professionalism and did not resolve the matter. When I asked for the general manager, I was told "there isn't a GM at this location".So if you want cold food and slow service come on and stop by. If this faction was being operated properly and paid their employees better, I believe they won't be short staffed. Also if you're a former employee for this faction, just know that they won't give you your W-2 that you worked for even if you made over $4,500 in taxes.When I asked Christopher Bruni for my W-2, he instructed another personnel in the same department to advise that he is in the hospital and I will have to wait for him to release my W-2.Taxe season is almost over and I CANT FILE MY TAXES, without my DAIRY QUEEN W-2 which accumulated over $4k-$6K in taxes but denies access to my account on paylocity.?% ????? for working here3 ⭐⭐⭐ for the food.

I ordered a cake and when I went there to pick it up, they only had it half done! I waited in line 40 minutes just hear they didn't finish it on time. I'm so mad.

I am a dasher and I called to speak to someone to see if I could get the order at the front door. As I am speaking to a team member he said I understand because I had said hey I need to pick an order up can I that's as far as I got and he hung up on me. Customer service 0. I am very displeased with the customer service as working in the fast food industry is very customer worthy. I think management should have a team meeting with how the team members are "responding to their customers." Absolutely ridiculous.

Ordered ahead with the app. The app said food would be ready in 10 minutes. I arrived apprx 10 minutes later. No one was in the lobby but there were cars in the drive thru. I waited about 15 minutes before a worker came out to greet me. I said I ordered on the app and they went in the back again. I waited another 30 minutes for my food. I was there 45 minutes to pick up food that should have been ready when I arrived. Only 2 people were working and it was lunch time. Hire more people. It was a bad experience and I won't go back.

All their locations precook your burger patties. By the time you get your order, burger patties have been sitting there for an hour or more. And they're always dry with stale buns.
