Absolutely terrible service, and hack jobs. Avoid like the plague, This is coming from someone whos been in the body and paint industry for over a decade.Full disclosure, I am not the paying customer, but I am dealing with the results of their shoddy work, which they refuse to stand behind.I bought a vehicle which had body/paint work done at Danny's just 3 months prior. The previous owner told me that the windshield they had installed started to leak but they took it back and Danny's "fixed it". Shortly after purchasing the windshield started leaking tons of water during a car wash. I removed the headliner to check for leaks and found where they had "fixed" it. Instead of removing and reinstalling the windshield correctly, they tried glopping urethane adhesive up in the cracks. This is NOT the correct way to fix a leak and it makes a much bigger mess. I took it to a local glass shop and they said they wouldn't work on it since it was such a mess. I called Danny's and they said to come in and they would need it for a day. I was happy they were going to stand behind their work and fix the mistake. After a few days without hearing back I called and they said they wouldn't fix it since I wasn't the original owner, even though it's work they did just 3 months ago. I explained that glass shops did not want to work on it and Joe responded with "Oh yeah, it's a mess, I wouldn't want to touch it either". He then told me they pay someone else to fix their glass so I figured they would have the glass installer come fix it at no cost to Danny's. He said they'd talk to the shop owner. I call the next day and he says have it in the shop and are working on it. After 2 weeks I call to see what the status is and I am informed that they will not be fixing it. They never once reached out to me, The car would have sat there for weeks or months if I did not keep calling. I show up to get it and it's covered in snow with a dead battery. As icing on the cake, the leak from the windshield started dripping on the radio and shorted out half of the buttons. I now have to buy hundreds of dollars worth of tools to do it myself, and hope I do not break the glass. Lastly I looked over the work order and found several hundred dollars worth of materials and labor they billed the last owner for that never got done. I guess they figured most people don't know how to read repair reports.TL:DR: Beware of this shop, they do not stand behind their work, they have zero communication, and they will make mistakes that no other shop will want to correct. Be sure to look over your itemized work order because they will bill you for work and materials they did not do or use.

Danny’s did me a solid several times over and I didn’t even pay them. Rob is the nicest person and will spend a lot of time explaining everything to you. I brought my car in after collision related damage, and the shop was great at keeping me informed of when parts were ordered and how long the repair would take.Unfortunately, after the parts were ordered by them, it was determined that there was a lot more damage than initially found and the car was considered totaled. They were kind enough to take my roof rack off for me rather than letting me do it myself and below freezing weather. These constant kindnesses don’t go unnoticed by future customers like me. I will certainly be back after the great treatment that I had there.

I originally left a 5* but had to update after we picked up our vehicle As a lifelong Alaskan and owner of small businesses for decades, it's important to me to work with small businesses. My wife wanted to go to a large collision center but I promised her they would take care of us. Welp. I was wrong While waiting 2 months to get into the shop, we found a water leak that saturated the carpet from front to back. I expressed my concerns about mold we found and how it will affect our son with multiple allergies. We brought it to their attention and they said "Don't worry. We will take care of it and make it right. We will remove it to dry and shampoo it." Multiple times. State Farm denied the request and I was able to get it approved. I initially told them that even if the claim is denied, the work still needs to be done and I was willing to pay out of pocket. We pick up our car and the next day it was apparent the carpet was not addressed. They had our car for 3 weeks and the carpet is still wet. Never pulled. Never even shampooed. When I asked why the carpet wasn't addressed, he said "Claim was denied. We do dents, dings and paint. We don't deal with water damage or mold. State Farm was supposed to follow up with you and have you take it to someone else" WTF?!?! When I asked why he didn't call me to tell me his response was,"it's not my job to call you if your claim is denied." Keep in mind, we called several times to check on the status since a scheduled 5 day repair crested 3 weeks. He had more than enough opportunities to discuss our claims. Why didn't they tell me initially that they don't deal with water damage??? My wife and I on separate occasions both expressed our concerns about the water damage. If it's not something that you do, then why did you tell us you could? When I told him all that I had sated above, his answer was "Get the fu@k out" WOW Fu@k Danny's and the jerk who runs the front of shop. Totally uncalled for and extremely unprofessional

Stopped in to see if they would come to my location to do an estimate on a vehicle that was undrivable. They said they would be in the next day and after 3 weeks and multiple phone calls they finally said I had to take pics and they would try and get close on an estimate. I need more than close and when I mentioned its been 3 weeks of them promising each phone call to come right over, they got very rude and told me they were doing me a favor and if I did'nt like it to take my business elsewhere ( in less polite terms). Will never take anything to them EVER!

My neighbor recommended Danny's Body & Paint to fix two small scratches on my jeep. After two weeks, I went to the shop to check on the progress. The gentleman at the front desk told me work would start on Friday. Two weeks later I went back to the shop. This time the gentleman at the front desk told me work would be completed by Tuesday. In conclusion, my jeep still has two small scratches and sat on a dusty lot for 35 days. There's nothing like great customer service. Kudos to Danny's Body & Paint!

I brought my 2015 Subaru Forester here, needing some light body work done from getting hit in a parking lot. I was excited when they told me it would be a week, but for 4+ weeks they kept having reasons (e.g. waiting on parts, wrong parts received, painter was having a day, paint was hard to match) for the vehicle not being ready, and kept saying the vehicle would be ready a few days later. I'd call, they'd be hard to get a hold of (they don't leave messages), and then there would be another excuse for it not being ready. Within a week of picking up my car I started hearing a clunk clunk from the area of the car they had worked on. I checked out the wheel and noticed 3 out of 5 of my lug nuts were finger loose, and one of my wheel studs was stripped. Instead of dealing with Danny's and losing my vehicle for another month+, I had it repaired and brought the invoice to Danny's in hopes they would be willing to fix their error. They refused. Their reasoning was that they never removed the wheel, and were quick to show a picture of the car being worked on, with the wheel on. They were not interested in working with me on this in any manner, and refused any accountability. I will not be going back here, and I will actively discouraging others to do the same. Update (4/19): They paid for the repair of the stripped stud.
