I was hired by Miguel cortes. He paid me up front with two checks on the 9th he told me to cash the 8000 dollar one but wait on the 1000 dollar one because he wanted to make sure it would clear. 2/7 he told usaa(his bank) that the checks were fraudulent. They told nuvision and nuvision took the money out of my account. The checks were cleared by the 17th. They have his hand writing on them. I have it in his own writing that he paid us in full. That the checks are not fraudulent. Nuvision should not have given him any money without an investigation. No one is doing anything about it.

NuVision Federal Credit Union has been consistently and systematically stealing my money directly from my account for the past 3 YEARS. I have my monthly statements to prove it. I only have my monthly statements because I had to personally go to NuVision Federal Credit Union and request them. When I went to NuVision Federal Credit Union to report Credit Card fraud/ Identity theft, they dismissed me. There are multiple charges on my card for the same day. I NEVER shop at Carrs more than one time in one day. Yet there are multiple charges on my card from Carrs Store #1805 in one day. I am looking into filing a Class Action lawsuit. Because if they are doing this to me they are doing this to other people too.This complaint has been filed with the National Credit Union Administration.On December 21, 2022 Case # 00208659 with 39 pages of my monthly bank statements and 11 pages of Nuvision Federal Credit Unions' reply.The next steps for me are:1 - File a complaint with National Credit Union Administration. DONE Case # 00208659.2 - File a complaint with The Better Business Bureau. DONE case # 18631174.3 - File a complaint with Carrs/ Safeway. DONE case # 02287776.4 - File a complaint with Anchorage Police Department. DONE. REPORT NUMBER: 2205071535 - File a complaint with the FBI. DONE6 - File a complaint with NuVision Federal Credit Union Corporate Headquarters. DONE.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this bank! I’ve been a member for over 8 years. They are always so helpful in explaining anything and everything. And they have the best rates on cd’s in this state!! They are the only bank I trust with my money. The Eagle River branch is the Best. Everyone in there is always smiling happy and greet you when they see you..

Very rude teller, also if you receive a Nuvision check but don't bank with them it's a $60 fee to cash it. Horrible experience all the way around. Another reason why to bank with literally anyone else.

Have had Great Service at the Drive through and In person. Set up several loans easily including a HELOC with no fees and costs, have enjoyed their service and the service to the community.

DO NOT BANK HERE!!! Be Warned!!! Nuvison is an epically terrible credit union. You will have nothing but problems with them. They are masters at preventing you access to your own money. They will constantly block your debit card and credit card purchases regardless of funds available. When you call for support, often they force you to wait for them to call you back, at their convenience. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! Then HOURS later when they finally call you, customer service will refuse to do anything because they dont have authority to take action. They will tell you to call back when "Card Service" staff are available, during banker hours, even though they are leaving you stuck in a strange town without the ability to pay for your hotel at 11:00 pm at night (and the funds are in your account!!!). They just arbitrarily refuse you access to your own money. They don't care and will hangup on you even after explaining the dire situation to them. They dont understood the basic point of a credit union. They are holding your money as a convenience for YOU. Nuvison doesn't give a #$%× about you. Be Warned.

Jeremiah on the over the phone call services looked at my bill and was able to get me handled all the way. I also had some wonderful help from Mevlana and another wonder lady I did not get the name of. This bank is not denali federal credit union but they do have some good interest rates.

I've had to replace my card so many times for the same purchases. Denali alaska fc was good. Ur complete garbage. I can't even spend my money or unlock my card rn cuz a holiday. What a joke. Worst bank in the state. Complete joke. I feel bad for the dafcu workers that got stuck working for u. What a shame.

When they branched out to the lower 48 the quality of service for Alaskans dropped. If you want to get a loan then seek other credit unions.

They also said they shared services with Homer Alaska Federal Credit Union and they do not. So I opened an account thinking I would have a shared service in Homer. No. Not happening. Have to drive 70 miles one way to the bank because they told me false information

This review is specifically for Troy Glendenning at the Debarr location. In am unforseen twist of life I found myself being penalized for paying cash for my last three vehicles. This unfortunately lists me as a first time car buyer, which I assure you is far from the case. However that being said Troy went above and beyond to help me find the right loan and the right dealer. His network of industry leaders has made this by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. He got me the best deal, with the best rates. His devotion to putting his clients needs first puts him far above the rest!!! Couldn't be more pleased
