This bank literally stole money from me. They did a poor investigation on someone who took money from my account. During that time they repayed the money. Then took back the money. I didn't get notified for 3 weeks after. In the mean time my account went into the negative. These people should not handle your money.

I visited the Nuvision branch inside the Walmart store off of Debarr and was welcomed by the Branch Manager, Kajean S. Opened my account today and had an awesome experience.the young man helping me even allowed me to eat a sandwich I had just got however I waited till we finished up and smashed that chicken sandwich b4 I made it to the car. Thanks for the great experience.

I had absolutely the best customer service experience getting an auto loan. The process does take some time but I could not have asked for someone better to accommodate my needs. I worked with Geoffrey Rockwell and I highly recommend his services to anyone who walks in.

I went to this bank yesterday at the Walmart on Debarr by Muldoon, with about $1200 in checks from Christmas and my two jobs to try and open a bank account. After waiting in line for a half hour in a line that blocks the entrance of the Walmart and no one cared enough to fix, I finally satdown with an employee of this bag. I would give negative stars if I could. I received a call during the holidays letting me know they made a $1200 error on my account several months ago! Please find a financial institution with higher standards of quality control.

Yeah "customer service" is a joke and they do bleed there "member" dry every which way to Sunday! I've been a member for over 2 decades and it's gone worse and worse thru out the years. Watch out for the hidden "fees" and shady practices they like to do(lock your account all because I was going thru a hard time and was past due on my CC and they knwi that and when I finally got paid I couldn't even transfer from my checking to that CC to pay the bill, they changed me a late fee because they wouldn't allow me to transfer a payment note I can withdraw any cash from my other accounts, so they are hold my checking account hostage till the card is paid off, great customer/blood bag service). I'm going to another bank here today the last straw was pulled today.

15 Min transaction completed in 5 I ran into Wal-Mart at 11:18AM to get a cashiers check - walked out at 11:28ish. I was impressed! It is inside of a Wal-Mart but you can beat the crowd by going in the morning.
