Give the team at this Huffman branch Gold Stars!! Jalen is awesome!! Outstanding customer service. Jalen specifically took a complicated call from me concerning copies of checks that were needed for a mortgage process. Jalen responded with courtesy, kindness and professionalism. He personally never gave up until the problem was solved and the check copies were provided. Jalen and his manager valued our privacy and security in the matter. It took less than 24 hours which is better than most banks!Thankful for Jalen, the accountants, & the manager. Thanks! ~ Mrs. Kim

Went to the Huffman branch to open an account. Matt was great. Always nice to work with him, superb customer service. Always did shared branch banking with this bank as it’s the last credit union in anc that does it. Love the convenience of this location.

I wasn't too sure about the company initially but they have surprisingly really good customer service. Specifically the two workers working today, Jalen and Sean! They really saved my butt today by helping me get a payment thru in a quick and timely matter. Their cash advance system was down and any other place would have given up right there but these two did everything they could to get it up and working just for me to make a last minute payment. Not too mention they were a few minutes till closing, but patiently and carefully helped me out, gave good conversation, and didn't at all try to rush me although it was closing. Great people with great people skills. Will definitely be coming back and recommending :)

Matt did an excellent job showing me the ropes of nuvision. In order to show me how to use the bank, he went step by step with me to make sure I knew how use it also. If I didn’t understand something he would explain it to me in detail to ensure I knew what I was signing up for. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a bank come ask to speak to Matt at nuvision!

Went to Huffman branch for small personal loan. Clerk was going to call or email me. Didn’t hear back. Tried to call branch, but found out that the ‘contact us by phone’ option is a joke.

This is BY FAR the worst branch of DAFCU. I live off Huffman, so it's the closest for me, but I will go out of my way to the Carrs Abbott branch to avoid the disaster at Huffman. I've been with DAFCU for many years & I can't say enough about how great the Abbott branch is. I can't say enough about how AWFUL the Huffman branch is. EVERY SINGLE TIME I go there I leave disgusted with them. They aren't helpful, knowledgeable or even the least bit friendly. Ever. I haven't had even a satisfactory experience there. Ever. DAFCU is awesome....but what is WRONG at this branch??????? Ugh.

Hit or miss on customer service. Not really what you want to hear about a bank... I've come in several times without issues but the last visit was not good. I made a deposit/payment and have spent two days and two phone calls and a visit to a nearby branch and still haven't seen the payment posted on my account. Not cool. Post the darn payment before I get a late fee! I shouldn't have to track down where they put the money, like, did it go into someone else's account? Thank goodness I actually kept the receipt. After a third phone call it seems the new employee didn't post the payment correctly and it's in limbo for another couple days. So lame. I guess I'll be spending my Monday there making sure it actually goes into my account. I've never had to deal with this at Northrim, which is where I normally bank. Suggestion: if you want to make sure your payment posts correctly and right away, go to the southside Walmart branch instead. :/

Yeah "customer service" is a joke and they do bleed there "member" dry every which way to Sunday! I've been a member for over 2 decades and it's gone worse and worse thru out the years. Watch out for the hidden "fees" and shady practices they like to do(lock your account all because I was going thru a hard time and was past due on my CC and they knwi that and when I finally got paid I couldn't even transfer from my checking to that CC to pay the bill, they changed me a late fee because they wouldn't allow me to transfer a payment note I can withdraw any cash from my other accounts, so they are hold my checking account hostage till the card is paid off, great customer/blood bag service). I'm going to another bank here today the last straw was pulled today.

Worst customer service and worst place to do business with. I paid for my loan in Cash . So the Branch told me I have to wait couple hours before I could come here and pick up the title .

good customer service; this location is never busy, the most i've waited for is probably two people. there's occasionally coffee and cookies if that's what you're looking for in a financial institution.

Huffman Branch waste of time.Go to credit union 1 .better rates and service Tried to get a loan for my car being a 740 cr and long time zero issues client with my paycheck being deposited there. After a week of call Denali didnt grant the loan and got 1.98 rate in credit union 1 without being a client!!! . Hope it helps to improve the client service at Denali, past management at the branch used to help and solve problems
