Dollar Zone is a decent location for party supplies, which is the bulk of what they carry. It has a lot of different things that are cheaper than Walmart, though some items were out. The store is a bit run down and a little dirty, but nothing horrible. Not much is less than $3, and many items are priced higher than other dollar locations. A purchase of 50 balloons for $8.75 was noted as not a great deal. They require a $5 minimum on credit card purchases.
Love bringing my daughter here when she wants to spend her allowance here. My daughter bought her things and counted out her money to the cashier and she was very nice and patient. They have such a great selection and usually have good deals. A bonus tip- come here to grab nice birthday party supplies for cheap!

Went in there recently with my son, looking for some cheap shades & such. April at the checkout was most helpful & pro courteous. Very funny & friendly. She deserves a raise & or promotion!!!

Clean store, staff is friendly, always stocked, this is my go to place for balloons!
