I was looking to purchase a used car for one of my daughters first vehicles and ran across Downtown Auto Sales. I called and set a time to meet Oz. He was on time and allowed me the time I needed to really check the car out. I plugged in my code reader, did my online research, checked the car out physically, test drove it, and purchased it. They made it easy and in the end I felt it was a win-win transaction and recommend these guys based on my experience here.

Had a great buying experience at Downtown Auto Sales. Sales staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Prices and selection are very competitive with other businesses. The sales team are fantastic to work with and made my purchase of a new car flawlessly easy. My car was a 2015 Volkswagen Tiguan and was spotlessly clean and cared for. Great job.

AJ was very good at helping me along with their other employee. The paperwork process was smooth, and both got the vehicle up to par with my requests without an issue. I would recommend getting pre approved before going in, as the bank they use for financing has really high interest rates, but that's not the dealerships fault. I would 100% use them again in the future.

Smooth transaction, walked in after checking marketplace ad and by the time I went in, vehicle is exactly as it is.
Whenever I have questions, they’re transparent about the history and specifications.
I got a jeep that has a cracked alaskan windshield and asked them if its possible for them to replace it during the transaction and they’re quick to get an appointment and paid for it.
They do offer in store financing, preferred bank or your local credit union.
Its my first time purchasing a used car and checking out a small format store, and I am considering to support more local stores like DAS.

AJ was very nice. However the Jeep has a salvage title. They either lied or were too lazy to look up the info about why it was salvaged. Asking price is just below what a good title is worth. Per the insurance company, salvaged or rebuilt title vehicles are worth about 50 % average blue book. That is what it's replaced at. Dealership is way overpriced for what they are selling and clearing price gouging and misleading buyers. Buyer beware here!!!!!!
