I called Dry Out Systems and they came the same day and evaluated my problem. Chris was terrific and very concerned about my problem and provided information so that I could make the right decision. Ultimately there was nothing that had to be done. Chris was very professional and caring. I am very glad that I decided to call them. Thank you very much.

Dry Out Systems employs predatory practices, seeking to inflate charges to insurance. They billed my insurance company nearly $31K, despite only removing baseboards and a carpet pad in a 1000 sqft basement. They left wet carpet and unexposed bottom plates, claiming it was in my best interest. This allowed them to leave drying equipment onsite far longer than normal, and according to the owner, "took 2-3 times longer than a normal job." It wasn't cost-saving; it was to pad their pockets and upcharge my insurance. They took advantage of my ignorance and helplessness during a water emergency, exploiting a vulnerable situation for their benefit. This behavior is not just unethical but downright exploitative. I urge others to be wary of this company’s deceptive practices.

They are trying to charge our insurance $31000 for getting the water out of our basement and running fans for a week. This was supposed to be the cheaper fix. Avoid at all costs!

I have water leaking into my house and I was told they were too busy to book any more jobs. They and their commercials are a bunch of lies. Go with another company that will treat you as a valued customer.

Called because I had a pipe burst in my laundry room. They were short on the phone. Wouldn’t come out also seems negative about insurance company. Not impressed will not call again.

During an walk around inspection of my home, I discovered a water leak on the furnace. Leaving water on the floor's in the furnace room and crawlspace. I gave Dry Out Systems a call, explained the problem. They excepted my home insurance. Came right out and got to work. They were polite and professional. I will gladly use them again.

Called, the person who picked up sounded deeply annoyed (it’s a Saturday, sorry my crawlspace flooded on a weekend) and after I said, “My crawlspace is flooded and I’m wondering if you can come out and clean it up,” she hung up on me. I’m already stressed out about the water, so I wasn’t really up to calling back and finding out if it was intentional or experience getting hung up on again, so I’m going to try someone else.

Instead of speaking with the company directly, I got an answering service, and the woman who was unwilling to help just hung up on me, rather than take my information to pass on to the company for them to call
