A great rental experience in Anchorage at airport location. Excellent quality new vehicles, much cheaper than major well known competitors. Easy to use location at airport terminal. Walk out, get in car and drive. No shuttle to off site pick up. Quick and easy, excellent support on issue and turn in of vehicle. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient staff.

After 10 business days I am still waiting for my $300 deposit to be returned back to my account!I have been given differing information from everyone that I speak to.I was given the managers email address but he has not replied to my last two emails.I have now idea if I will ever receive this money!Only book with enterprise if you are happy to lose your deposit.

I am usually a Hertz customer; however, this time I wanted to try Enterprise for the first time. When I arrived at the counter, there was a long wait time, but Mark Rouintree was very professional and provided an excellent customer service. I also received a follow up email from the manger on duty making sure that everything was fine. I’m definitely switching from Hertz to Enterprise

We rented our Enterprise car through Costco travel. Once we arrived in Anchorage, the folks at the rental counter could not have been any nicer, efficient or accomodating! They outfitted us with a clean and well maintained Toyota 4runner to match our travel needs, which included some light 4x4 travel for salmon fishing. Returning the car was easy and straight forward. We were met at the car return and we were ready to go by the time we got our luggage out of the back end. Overall, our best rental at the Ted Stevens Airport to date!

Corey, at Enterprise at the Anchorage airport provided excellent service. Cory was so helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and was smiling & friendly when I arrived late at 2 AM. I witnessed Corey’s same interaction with several other customers.Corey again provided excellent service on my return at 4 AM the following week. Corey was always smiling, energized, and wanting to help. Wish everybody could be a positive person like him!

First time in Anchorage and had an issue with retrieving my confirmation number, but Corey saved the day. He was helpful, patient and kind in helping us to make a brand new reservation in a timely and positive manner. It isn't like they use to be. No help, one agent for three different car rental cars. Don't know why you make a reservation when now there's only one line and have to stand in line 45 minutes while they do all the paperwork I've done to make my reservation in advance.No way as friendly or professional.The car was good, clean.

I've rented vehicles from Enterprise for more than 20 years and continue to have a great experience. Enterprise offers great vehicles for the best value. Great service and help from their amazing team of professionals! I wouldn't rent from anywhere else.

I wish I could give zero stars. Dozens of people, all of them with reservations, had to wait up to an hour for the car they reserved to arrive. Front desk staff also seemed oblivious to the fact that the line of people was growing by the second. I got to the line and there were 3 people in front of me, and it actually took 40 minutes for me to reach the counter. That's when I was told it would be another 40 minutes for a car. By far the worst run and managed rental car desk I have ever seen, and I travel all over this country. Best thing is, I finally get my keys and go to get my car, there are at least 10 cars in spots in the lot. What is wrong with you people? You should be embarrassed. I'm response to your comment below, dozens of people with reservations and zero cars? Is that what you call doing your best? Taking 15 minutes per customer is your best? Maybe, if that's your best, we have found the problem

I prechecked in for our vehicle. When we arrived in Anchorage Alaska at the counter at 12:30am my vehicle wasn't ready and there was a line of people waiting for their cars. After checking in it took another 30 minutes to get our vehicle. There was not update from the staff. We just waited. We just got off a delayed 6hr flight. When you're tired and hungry an extra unnecessary 30 minute wait was agonizing. Upon receiving our vehicle it was comfortable. Our return was far easier than pick up. Very friendly and efficient. I've rented with enterprise for years and this was the most frustrating experience we've had.

The check in location was clean, easy to find and efficient. The vehicle I had was poorly maintained and became a concern before returning. The return process was typical except the attendant got belligerent because I made a new return row with the ford expedition I rented because there wasn’t a fair amount of room in the other line.

We were very pleased with the car we rented for our week in Alaska. We had no issues with the vehicle! It was comfortable and every feature on the car worked perfectly!! We got great gas milage too!
