Best jewelry repair business in Alaska! Dan and crew are amazing at getting the job done right. Had two items needing repair work done. Both were completed and ready for pickup the next day. Couldn’t be happier with custom gold nugget jewelry work as well as stone setting. Dan took the time to go over gold nugget and precious stone options and selection. Highly recommended from a repeat customer.

Had the pleasure of working with Dan. I was distraught after a repair done by Zales who ruined my wedding ring. Zales did a prong repair that looked so bad it basically had my center stone covered by the prongs. I hated it and thought it was ruined forever. I spoke with Dan at Fast-Fix and he personally showed me on the screen up close what my ring looked like, the concerns he had with the prongs and gave me a full and clear explanation of how he could fix it. He was very knowledgeable and kind. He has done excellent work and super quick! I had gotten a second option from Kay's before coming to Fast-Fix and Kay's wanted $400 to do the repairs where Fast-Fix charged half that. My ring now looks as good as the day I bought it. If you need any jewelry repaired I would highly recommend here!

Oh my gosh!!! These folks are great! They fixed my Mickey Mouse watch, getting the background so clean. The gold MM had come loose inside the watch. This establishment was so knowledgeable and patient with getting MM back to like new. The watch is 27 years old.
Now, for my Aquamarine and diamonds gold ring. It’s 14 karat, with diamond chips surrounding the blue stone. 2 were missing. Gold prongs were broken off. They polished the entire ring, and replaced missing parts. It looks so beautiful, and better than new. It is 24 years old.
Both have backstories, and sentimental value to me❣️?

We went to get my wife her rings resized 1 bigger and one of the rings smaller. Some of the tools they have are not as up to date, but they still manage to be one the best and most professional shops in Alaska.
