Couldn’t tell me what was going on with my lost package then sent me to airport location and they were 100% useless they gave me 1800 # and after a extremely frustrating conversation because I couldn’t understand a word the lady was saying I have to go on line to file a claim.

My 5-star review is strictly for Francesca, I was on a major time crunch, and no one would help but her. I was discouraged when Francesca came to the rescue. FedEx you got a good one if she isn't the manager she should be.

I've come to this FedEx location many times for my printing, copying, and fax needs. Procedures change, but they remain efficient and easy. Most recently I needed to print something from my email. FedEx makes it easy to get done. They even provide pens, staplers, etc. Bring your credit/debit card(s). Workers are available, but I appreciate the option to be independent.

I live in the middle of anchorage and they cannot get a package to me due them not being able to fine my address on THIER broken GPS system... worthless company NEVER USE

Wow, the young blonde lady at FedEx office on Diamond was such a pleasant person.. she must have gotten up on the wrong side of the bed.. absolutely no customer service skills..

Rep made me wait while trying to figure out how to fix margins and print my document for about 15 minutes. She then said that I had to go to their Northern lights store. I asked if the other worker knew how to print my dox and she said No. I don’t recommend going to this store.

2.5 stars is far too generous ... only one person that works here knows what they are doing so if you can't afford Vegas this is a great gamble.

This store is located in the pink mall close to the Costco on Dimond . You can access it off of king Street or East bound Dimond . The store is always well staffed . The employees are effigy and friendly . Even though the store can get busy I have never had to wait long . My first choice for mail service is always the United States Post Office but if I have to ship via Federal Express this is a good place to go .

My experience was terrible with this location. My husband and I recently got married in Alaska and after our wedding we planned on staying in Alaska for another week and a half, so we decided to ship my wedding dress and my wedding jewelry home. I had placed my jewelry inside a zipped pocket of the garment bag I had placed my dress in. When we arrived at the location the person working stated that we couldn't use our box that we had shipped my dress in originally, from Texas to Alaska, as it was a little damaged. We agreed to purchase a new box for our shipment. Our big mistake was not staying to watch the employee move everything over to the new box and seal it. When I returned home and opened my package the zipped pocket on my garment bag was open and my jewelry was missing. I contacted Fedex and filed a claim about the missing jewelry and I was told I would receive a call from them in 24 hours. I never received the callback. I contacted them again 6 days later and they hadn't even looked into my claim yet. I was then told I needed to place a claim online and upload copies of my receipts because this would be "easier." I am thoroughly disappointed that I will never see my wedding jewelry again as it is of sentimental value to me. If you are shipping something valuable stay and make sure they seal your package before you leave!!!

Tried calling this place to get a rate and they redirected me to a line that was just static. I spent over an hour online trying to get their rate calculator to work but it's service was on par with what I received when I went in the store in person for a rate, subpar. I arrived in the store 8 minutes before close. Would have been sooner but, I tried to do it from home. When I entered Rachel glared at me. I asked if I could get a rate and she told me I had to call the 1800 number (pawning it off because she didn't want to deal with me) I tried to explain to her that I wasn't able to speak with anyone because I just get a bunch of static on that number. She then told me she closes soon and can't have anyone in the store because I suspect she didn't want to deal with it. I have had ither associates at different locations provide this same service easy peast in just a minute or 2 and feel Rachel shirked me off. Guess no integrity and poor work ethic is the new normal.
