Slowest drive thru ever. Also, why do you require appointments just to come in the building? It’s ridiculous. If you plan on forcing your members to go through the drive thru, get some employees who don’t take 20 minutes to help each person.

Charging $1/month to mail statements and $35 to reorder checks is over my budget. Closed my checking account. E-statements is a scam for the banks/credit unions to pocket the money. If AKUSA can mail my check statement for free, I don't see why FNBA can't. Found an online bank that gave me 120 free checks, 1% interest checking, no direct deposit required to avoid a monthly fee required, and free monthly check image statements mailed to me. Find it humorous that it took FNBA 3 years to respond to a yelp review.

The customer service at this location is incredible! I've never had an issue with any of the employees. The employees will do everything to help you including walking you to other employees that you need to speak with and sometimes the employees will stay with you until your business is complete. The customer service is so incredible that I feel like I'm their most important customer. Honestly the comments for this location are brutal and inaccurate based on my experience. I've been a customer since 2016 and I think you should be a customer too. This FNBA location rents safe deposit boxes and I've never had to wait to access mine. I like the location because I often cross midtown, so it's super easy to take care of business before going home.

I tried to cash a insurance check of a high amount at 3pm on Friday they said they could not cash it anytime after 1pm. They told me come back tomorrow at 1 pm. I was frustrated but complied. I came back in the next day they said I could not cash the check. In my experience with First National band I've had horrible customer service and lead in direction of under trained staff. Seems like they just hire anyone and have no quality or professional service in there branches. I would recommend banking with anyone BUT first national bank. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

Untrained customer service people. Closed out my account and I asked how long can I access my online data to print my statements. I was told 30 days. When I tried to do it, everything was closed down online. They did not even send me my last statement. Then they charged me $24 to print them out. There are other banks with better customer service.

Don't bother cashing a in state/ out of state check here, even if your a member paying $10 a month. They will not give recognition for it.
