I personally believe this branch of FNBA is the best! I actually go out of my way to come here vs. the Dimond branch, because the people are so very friendly. They make a point to remember your name, resolve any issues you may have, and are pretty quick to process transactions.Specifically, the branch manager, Rachel, is a gem. She really helped me when my Mom passed away last year and helped with the process to switch the accounts into my name. I had ALOT of questions and in general needed help. As someone who was still grieving at the time, Rachel made the process very easy and really took the time to listen and truly cared for my situation.This was a major improvement from my experiences at the Dimond branch, which left me in tears at times. I was almost ready to close the accounts and go to another financial institution, but Rachel and her staff changed my mind with their professional and friendly service.Thank you Piper Street branch! You guys rock!
