If you are reading this, for your own health and sanity, go somewhere else. Holy cow. Just awful customer service. They never return calls. Nothing has been easy, it's like they want to complicate everything and enjoy giving you a headache. Should've just set the car on fire myself and launched it off a cliff.
Adding more! They couldn't find the part but I was able to find several. They didn't tell me when I was picking up my unrepaired car that I'd need to pick up the parts they had ordered, didn't tell me to bring a tow strap or a truck, then were surprised I couldn't take the parts! Had to get a friend with a truck to get them the next day. I was at the location that morning and talked on the phone, no one mentioned that? Thanks guys! Good grief.

The team at Classic Collision did a phenomenal job repairing my car. There were a few bumps in the road along the way, but at the end of the day my car was repaired and looked new as the day I brought it. Jordan really helped me a lot, keeping me posted with updates. He was extremely helpful throughout this process. The car came back clean, they did a great job detailing.

I recommend not using the Gambell location for your auto body repairs. After sending them my truck two times once for over 60 days and again for 5 weeks my truck still has shotty work and items that were missed. There quality of work is sub par. The paint work has debris and hard tape lines in it, body panels miss aligned and flat out not repairing some items. I will be taking my truck to another shop to get all the work redone.

I had great experiences at this location, the service advisor Brian and all the staff are so friendly and helpful, especially Ashly at the front desk is. She was doing extra help. She kept me updated frequently and tried to figure things out and sort out by contacting with an agency and other unprofessional repair shop in town not easy at all to deal with. I am still learning English, talking in a second language with this type of topic can be challenging. But she did that for me. That’s extra. Extra is choice. Fair prices and great people. Strongly recommend!

This team is the worst team of collision repair I’ve ever seen Im a painter and when at look at these repairs and paint jobs I see nothing but worst quality.
I had my car over there just to get an estimate and when I got it back my front lip was hanging I found m&ms on the floor so clearly they ate in my car and when I talk to the manager he try to blame it on other customers walking around the parking lot of this installation or blame it on my bolts.
The lobby is dirty and dusty the only good thing this shop has to offer it’s the estimators and front desk personal.
So sad to see a big shop not giving the importance it needs. I recommend checking if the repairs are just bando with no body work and paint matches the other panels of your car. Do not get scammed by this shop.

The constant lack of follow up communication was very apparent. This has costed me an extra two weeks at least in car rental ,which indicates a lack of efficiency and time management within the business.
The customer service provided was for the majority of the experience was quite lackluster, along with on the day of pickup I was not treated professionally by, Ashley over the phone. Her attitude was not positive. On the drive home my hood was not fully closed by whoever did quality control on my vehicle and my hood popped up while driving. Upon arriving home I noticed my left running light was out along with the trunk light remaining illuminated on the dashboard due to the trunk not registering being closed, which drains power from my battery which is a huge inconvenience. As much as I would have hoped for classic collision to be reliable and exercise attention to detail, they did not meet those minimum expectations unfortunately. Would not recommend to anyone in the state of Alaska.

I'm kinda stunned tbh. Went in for estimate to repair my cracked bumper which was $700 and something, and paid $383.98 for the parts upfront when I made my appointment. About a month later I take it in and they call me to tell me there's an extra "gouge" he didn't initially see, so now to repair that it brings my estimate up to $1,000. I asked some questions because I never saw what he was talking about and he said it was very noticeable so I said okay fine. I wish I had physically gone in to verify. I went to pick it up and they were asking for $900 and eighty something on top of the $383 I already put down... So almost $1400 now for a simple cracked bumper, basically double my initial quote. He said the new estimate was $1,000 over the phone, not an ADDITIONAL thousand dollars on top of what I had paid. That's a big difference. I asked for a photo of the "gouge" and I'm sorry but it looked like someone placed a flake of a rolled up paint chip on top of the bumper and snapped a photo. It was literally nothing and they charged me like $600 above my estimate for THAT. I told the guy I would have never paid to repair that if I had known that's all it was. It wasn't even a proper scratch. I just stood there feeling sick to my stomach. I guess he felt guilty because he gave me 10% off but I still paid an extra $863.40 on top of the $383.98 I already paid. So $1,247 all out of my pocket too because I don't want my roommate's insurance I'm on to go up by going through them for this. What a joke. I lost savings money I worked hard for on this. Money I really needed. I'm never going to this place again or recommending them to anyone.

⚠️ **Caution: Unfinished Work and Blame Games** ⚠️
I purchased my vehicle in 2020 for $16,000, free of any visible damages. Unfortunately, my experience with Classic Collision has been a nightmare. I brought my car in for repairs, and when it was left unfinished, I expected a resolution, but all I got was a blame game.
Classic Collision initially blamed the insurance company, which, in turn, pointed fingers back at them. They even went as far as blaming previous damages that were non-existent when I bought the car. The result? An incomplete job with everyone passing the buck.
The communication was abysmal. Promised follow-ups turned into radio silence. Horrible business practices left me in the dark, and my vehicle in limbo. If you choose Classic Collision, brace yourself for prolonged waits, unfinished work, and an unending blame game. Customer service? Non-existent. Good luck navigating this mess.

can't find my claim!?! EVERYONE, THIS IS HOW THIS BUSINESS IS RAN!! You get left in the dark. I went to customer service, the GM on Gamball and even tried to speak to CEO KATE KOA but no luck. They will ignore you and play dumb. The is the laziest repair shop I have ever seen. Trust me, take your business else where or you'll end up with a headache for months to come.

Do not book online! I made that mistake and got a phone call that online booking is inaccurate and they had to reschedule. The day before the rescheduled appointment I got a text--not even a courtesy phone call--that my appointment had been rescheduled again for over a week later. Forget it. Got in with a different shop. First and only experience with Classic Collision, but enough to avoid them in the future.

I don’t know if I just got really unlucky or whatever, but I scheduled an appointment for a month waiting for my parts and when it was the day of the appointment they say none of it was ordered yet. So I guess I have to wait another month? But this time they didn’t schedule me, saying “we’ll call you” instead…hmmm. Ok I guess.

Brian is always was super helpful with information that I needed to know for future references. He didn’t give me a runaround like most people do and I appreciate him for that. Great customer service all three times I’ve been here!
