I understand that parts takes long to get to them but what I don’t like is that after they got all the parts they took too long to finish my suv’s bumper to be install. There is no way it takes 3 weeks to install a bumper…. This is my first and last time going to classic collision

6 months of lies and never being updated ever. After finally demanding an answer they said they couldn’t do the job on a 2020 Rubicon.Beyond ridiculous and horrible customer service!

Good communication, staff is friendly. I get it you can’t see all the damage from taking a glance at it but terrible initial estimate. Take apart what needs to be taken apart and then give me a better estimate, not just from what it looks like from the outside. If I have to come back 3 times as of now to get my car fixed right, then there’s laziness involved. They call to tell me the vehicle is finished and I find out the wheel that got hit is still scuffed up and dinged. Not on there part but co part ripped out the license plate in the back cause of seized screws and used a flathead to pry against the tail gate putting holes in them. Come back car looks good, then go drive it on the highway and notice a wobble in the steering wheel and it isnt completely straight ( not really a big deal), although a minor wobble, its still bothersome. So I come back a 3rd time so they can go test drive it. I was reassured all components damaged were replaced and everything was good in alignment and the wheel that had the initial impact was fine but why is there a wobble in the steering wheel were I could feel it in the car at highway speeds??Services: Body & Trim

Did not appear to do a thorough initial estimate, then kept raising estimates until repairs were far beyond expensive for the amount of damage done from a relatively minor rear ending (maybe replacing parts that didn't need to be replaced). Also damaged parts of vehicle when it was left with them to disassemble to better evaluate needed repairs (tail light assembly, third brake light cover). Ultimately drove the price beyond the price of vehicles worth, telling me and the insurance company its "not safe' and "unrepairable" and would need to be totaled.I had to go out-of-state and ship a replacement vehicle to Alaska as there was nothing remotely equivalent available in AK at the time.Four months later now; it appears someone else was able to purchase my "totalled" "undriveable" and "unsafe" vehicle, repair it, and it's being sold again on a local used car lot for nearly the same amount I purchased for 3 years ago.I should of taken it someone else, I had a feeling all along they really didn't want my business and I should of listened to my gut.Service: Body & Trim

This shop is USAA approved for insurance claims and near our house on base, so I thought I would give them a go. They were very upfront about timing of repairs due to parts availability and really made it feel like a transparent process. They sent regular texts with status updates, which I think were automated, although they only went to my wife, so it's worth making sure you update which phone you want them to contact.Got the car back ASAP after parts arrived, and it was so well done that I feel like it's even better than it was before the bear destroyed it (which was why it was in the shop). They cleaned out thoroughly and just felt like they did a great job all around. Would definitely use them again for insurance claim work.Note that there is another Classic Collision across the street from the Enterprise, which is a different location. I didn't realize that, and gave myself an extra trek after dropping off the rental.

Classic Collision on Gambell & 9th Ave was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The detailed work and outstanding customer service that went into repairing my car was phenomenable. The front desk and on site insurance adjuster was able to give me step by step instructions and explanations on what the process was for body repairs. The weekly txt updates and phone calls explaining the progress and status of my car was great. Overall, start to finish was very smooth and will be using Classic Collision again.Services: Body & Trim

They lost my appointment then blamed my insurance company when I brought in vehicle and had no appt. They then wanted to push me another 5 weeks out with no accountability or apology, just very rude and reckless service. The work looks good. The time to complete the repair was one month because the part was ordered and delivered by barge. Meanwhile I was without a car for a month. I think if the part was sent via air, my wait would have been a week or 10 days, which is still a long time to be without a car.Services: Body & Trim

Sometime last winter I got a random mystery dent, didn't notice it until after the snow melted off. In the beginning of November I decided to have it taken care of. Big mistake. They took apart the tailgate, unnecessarily, and then afterward they needed a part. I thought my car would be gone for a few days, a week at most. It ended up being gone for over a month. They never gave any updates, when I would call to ask I felt like an inconvenience. Not having a car for a month is ridiculous! Never will go back, don't recommend it.

You learn a lot about this company and the integrity employees have on each other and the way they handle and approach situations is never good, not to say there aren’t any good people here, but a majority of them are not someone you want handling your car, money, or even someone to help you, the management poorly manages the faculty, the work quality is poor from visually seeing work being done and the effort that goes into the work the ladies in the in the front service are flawless, there are a few credible employees that are outstanding workers as well. The company doesn’t recognize hard work and dedication when they see it. 80% of people who work there don’t care about anything and talk bad about others when there are not present, to anyone wanting work done their car take note of who your going to.
