I love the Fred Meyer store. I wish we had them in our area everything you needed one roof, food, camping, fishing clothes, furniture, and jewelry.

Fred Meyer is the worst company to work for. No matter how hard you work if you aren't kissing management butt you will not go anywhere. This means those who hardly work but are friends with the people in charge will go further and get paid more than those who believe in a honest days work for an honest days pay. This company is Woke AF.

It's my least favorite Fred's, but the workers are nice and the place is pretty clean. I got a 2 pound block of cheese for pennies once. I'll come again.

This Fred Meyer location is always busy. The employees work very hard to keep it well-organized, stocked, and very clean! The fresh food area where the deli, bakery, produce, and grab-and-go food is, is very clean and everything is well-maintained!

I had the most incredible customer service at the 1000 E Northern lights Fred Meyer on 2/27!! Jeremy in produce went above & beyond to make my shopping experience so pleasant. He truly knows what his dept has to offer. Many kudos to Jeremy !!

Garbage. Never again - Forgot my wallet and tried to write a check with an id and the Fred Meyer worker treated me like a criminal! Made it really challenging for me- for what could have been convenient was a disaster. I would rather drive across town or shop online than deal with a store more concerned with security guards and "policy" than customer service. I asked why they couldn't take my check and she gave me a number to call. Dude I'm so poed. Not helpful. Boo.

Do not recommend this store. Each time I shop at this location there are little to no workers. Carts are always an issue, especially during rush hour. The produce this time was questionable, I had to run to Safeway to get my produce cause the ones I was trying to shop for were bruised/wrinkled/rotted. The other issue, their supervisors seem to have quit or their presence are just no longer required? The store was full, lines going every which way, customers were trying to figure out who was standing where as they were trying to check out all with full carts. Self check out employees were chatting it up with the security guard at the self check out terminal, while customers were waiting for a terminal to "open."If you can avoid this store- do so.

Bought my son a pair of hiking shoes and exchanged the first pair because the nubs for the laces came off…second pair is worse. (As you can see in the pictures) My husband flew to town to exchange and returned to Bethel with a pair even worse. ?

asset protection does a better job going after people for not turning a blind eye to shoplifters and banning them from the store than stopping shoplifters even if they are given a heads up their crossing the parking lot. seems to be they just want a very easy paycheck for doing as little as they can.

Someone put my frozen and refrigerated good through the US mail! I did not tell them to do this! What kind of crazy person does this? The supervisor refused to refund my money. Just wow. I live in the Alaskan Bush. Those were my groceries! The supervisor Lisa obviously didn't care. How sad. I will not shop Fred Meyer again. There are more honest people to shop with.

Just when I was about to lose all hope that any sort of decent customer service exists anymore on the planet, along came Tammi. Tammi works in the liquor department, and yes- she had a case of one of my favorite beers available for me while the Fred's on Muldoon does not carry it. Why one store carries it and not another, is one of those grocery store mysteries of the universe. Especially when a digital coupon is being offered for the item. So big deal, right? What is important here, is the genuine response given by Tammi, first on the phone, then while in the store. Little does she know that she was one of the upper highlights of my day. I just wanted to put in a big thank you in "writing" via Yelp, Fred's survey site, and also on Google reviews. Because even though I know Tammi is one of a kind, there are many who could take an example from her. Hey Kroger, give that girl Tammi a raise.
