They frequently don't have enough stock. About 1/3 of the time my wife and I get only partially filled prescriptions. In addition it is not uncommon that we have to drive to another pharmacy to get our prescription filled. The pharmacy manager gets angry at the drop of a hat and yells at the customers. He just raked me over the coals yesterday. I have a severe case of Restless Legs Syndrome. He had the nerve to yell at me in front of other customers and tell me he's been hearing about my RLS for the past 4 years. How would you like to deal with this pharmacy manager and his 2-year old brat-like behavior? I worry that he might tamper with our medications because he obviously has severe anger issues.

This is a terrible place to try to get help. I’ve just learned the hard way that they require other pharmacies to call them on the phone to request transfers of prescriptions & then fax them. This has been an automated process for years. Learning this has cost me 30 minutes in line at the pharmacy yesterday, 8 minutes on hold on the phone today l, & now another 30 minutes waiting at my new pharmacy for Fred’s to use a fax machine. I remember why I stopped using them a few years ago. They must be shockingly understaffed & are obviously using antiquated technology. What the heck is going on over there? There’s nothing fancy about these prescriptions, & they’re not controlled substances or ones that are hard to keep in stock. Fred’s is just incompetent.

so I come home my crying because she was thrown out of Fred Meyer for no reason they told her she was trespassing and she doesn't steal money so we don't have to steal security. There is so bogus that it's unreal and a rude when I call and now I can't get a I wish I didn't have to go to that but it is what it is

The smell of fish is so terrible it lingers from the back of the store in the meat department throughout the clothing area. It is sickening how awful it smells. Buying furniture is on the chaotic side. Dawn was aggressive in her tone toward the other employee helping us. Good furniture prices but needs better communication and organization.

3/30/25. Pharmacist, Kristen, is super helpful. Her “bedside manner” is as so refreshing. She’s kind, caring, cheerful, and understanding. There was an issue with Medicare covering a drug. She offered several ideas and options. Thank you for having her on the team here. Violet wasn’t bad but didn’t offer any empathy.

I packed my groceries and one of the products leaked while still checking out. So, I had to go get new vegetables. Two of the vegetables were weigh items. Had to go to customer service (waited over 20 minutes). It should also be known that a manager came to help the agent and refused to stay and help the rest of us in line. Now after he refunds I guess I'm going to have to wait in the grocery line again. The products needed rewrites were squash and a grapefruit. Would not have broke this company to just exchange. Oops going on 30 minutes now and he has to Call the same manager back to help the person in front of me. Wow

This is my local store it's got everything thing and an electronic section and a jewellery section witch are both pretty cheap and nice , plus they added a new 10 dollars and under section with pretty cool (off brand) stuff and they have a sushi spot and a meat one too

Delay after delay. Unfriendly. Never again coming to this Pharmacy. Not willing to work with insurance. My kid is really sick and waiting for prescription. 24 hrs and not ready. Avoid this Pharmacy!!!

There's a lady in the meat section (russian) seems like she doesn't want to work there at all very rude everytime. Kinda shocked she's still there, anytime you order more than one meat she looks at you like really your getting more just not pleasent

you finally did a Fred Meyer you've pushed me to move away from using your store at all. First off today, I was blown away. You had a ton of employees working on a Saturday, which is fantastic, but it would be smart if the shelves were stocked prior to having a store full of people. The manager that had all the time in the world to sit in the electronics department talking with the one employee while everyone else is working must feel really good for all of the employees. Especially the employee in line at customer service. I have to let you know. I absolutely hate your BS coupons that I have to do all the work for to get discount. Why do you advertise something at the discounted coupon? Only price? Why do I have to enter my phone number? If I still have to click the coupon. This is such a stupid system. But you say it's so easy just go through and click the coupons that you need. do you know that you have over 400 coupons per week in the app that's almost a full-time job just to click coupons to get 2 to 3 dollars off per item. Part is you advertise that price and I assume that it's the Fred Meyer use your rewards card price. Because obviously they're clearly labeled. That was sarcasm. They are never clearly labeled half the time they haven't even taken the sale price down from the week prior. I'm frustrated and agitated that the only way for me to find out if it's a digital coupon if I was unsure to hit total, then go back and look at all the items. Or scan all of the items that I purchase in the app to see if there's a coupon. Then scan them again at self check out because I am an employee of the store who hast to work as well. I wish they could do something about the music in here. also, am I allowed to take my 10 minute break? It's frustrating that the majority of the registers open are the ones that are self check out. You have somehow convinced the world that it's convenient for me to do all the work. What are you gonna ask me if I would like to tip my cashier? I want to give you some quick and simple solutions. To the manager, if you have time to lean, you have time to clean there are 1000 things that you could be doing other than flirting with a girl that you are interested in. To whoever created the digital coupons. I hope you meet the demise similar to what Garfield used to say. I shouldn't have to go through 400+ coupons every time I come to your store to make sure that I'm getting a good deal I should be able to put in my phone number as a record member and it should go on automatically. The same BS that you did what I just stated above because it's the right thing to do. you should never advertise a price that is only for special customers willing to go through your BS. The girl working customer service I am sorry I was agitated when I called. I'm probably more agitated that you are the only person with that many people in line and not a manager in site to help you instead they are too busy chatting it up. Security check section 3 security check section 3. Is it just me or every time I hear this it makes me want to steal even more. I don't but it's such a joke. Be better Fred Meyer. I don't know what you have become, but it's agitating. You were trying to make everyone do everything independently self check out, self coupons what's next you're gonna ask me to come unstop the truck put the groceries I want to purchase on the shelf? I have tried several times to use your to the best of my ability when it tells me it's on aisle 17 and it's not there it's frustrating. Then I go to employee and ask for help. They tell me it's on aisle 17 because they're using the same app. then when we walk back and check aisle 16, 17 and 18. They say it must be out. It's strange because I am able to order it for in-store pick up or delivery. How do you not know where the items that you stopped are in your store? I am typically not someone who likes to write anything below two or three star, but

Do not trust the delivery service. You can schedule it, you can pay for the groceries, but you may never see your order. Fred Meyer hands off all delivery responsibility to Instacart. Instacart may or may not 'deliver', depending on any number of reasons
