I miss the days when you could just buy groceries normally. Now, the Tide detergent is locked up & you walk around watching employees on a cellphone talking about following someone who's stealing a block of cheese. I knew it's not their fault completely, but I think they could do better.

I recently purchased nearly $200 of groceries from the store. I’ve been a customer for over 12 years at this location. I was disappointed by the lack of staffing at the checkout. I had to ring everything up and bag it because the line was very long at the single open checkout aisle. My first “real” job when I was a teenager was for a grocery store bagging groceries. After bagging $200 worth of groceries, I was looking around for somebody to turn my timesheet into so I could collect a paycheck! I think they should at least have baggers. I’m very disappointed. In fact, I’m upset. Groceries are expensive, they have a secure business with comfortable margins, not only that but the self service thing is slow cumbersome, frustrating and actually was damaging my food as the conveyor belt kept running in the wrong direction stacking my groceries on top of each other and smashing them. I was tired. I had other things to do. I didn’t want to be working for the grocery store so I could buy and bag my own groceries. It felt disrespectful. I looked around for a manager or customer service to complain to at the moment. Guess what?… there wasn’t any obvious person around! I guess that’s self-service too right here in Google reviews !
I would give one star, but there was a helpful employee in the butcher shop. I hope they pay him enough. If you’re management local/ regional / national and your argument is that you can’t find people to work, just pay them more, pay them before your shareholders, staff on the ground in the store is your foundation pay them first, pay them well and stand strong ? !!! ….. Please ?

I would not give a star if I had a choice I been going to this store about 3 years not one department has been helpful every since they had shots fired and a person was hurt they have been the worst service ever, what tops it off I had my meds transferred thinking they would be good and helpful, NO!!! That is completely unacceptable just disregard with peoples health not taking into consideration a person can end up in a hospital I will never use this service again if they can’t do good on a patient health, I can just imagine how other things are done
And they want me to put a photo for something I didn’t get nor good service or in a timely manner, completely ridiculous!!!
