Customer service was less than helpful; it almost felt like we were inconveniencing them by calling with connectivity issues. Also, if we had any questions or problems with our billing, forget about it... they won't assist and they certainly won't make it right. We called and cancelled our service today and they didn't make that easy, either. Happy to be switching to a smaller, totally local company tomorrow.

Really friendly, professional, and helpful staff. There was a black male who was exemplary and just wanted to thank him for making my issue easy to figure out and fixed.

Absolute crooks. NO ONE told me that the last month wouldn’t be prorated so now I’m stuck paying a bill for a full month when I stopped the service 10 days into the payment cycle. This is absolutely ridiculous. Why should I be paying for service that is not being used, especially when I wasn’t told about it.

Utterly incompetent from top to bottom. But when you have a total monopoly you can employ failed kindergarten graduates and pay them less than minimum wage and still laugh your way to the bank

Walked in to get a new device for my house and the lady grabbed it and walked away. I wasn't told anything about how to use the device and the women said very few words. She helped right away, but wasn't very approachable. Not a good experience for me.

Very helpful and good at explaining exactly what I needed, would be billed for and the best part, why I would be billed for it. I didn't leave not knowing what my bill would look like and why.

The worst company in Alaska. Thank goodness new technology is allowing for well run companies like Verizon and tmobile to get their game on up here. Finally got to cancel all my gci services today!!! Good riddance! Having a big party celebrating the money I’ll save and not having to put up with their ridiculous shenanigans anymore! Shame on you gci!

Decided to get a GCI phone for an area I go camping yearly. It showed good coverage with LTE for this particular area but had none. Went back less than a week later to return the phone because it was useless to me. Really bothered me that management did not waive the restocking fee even though it was false advertisement, I see now why GCI has a bad rep.
