After spending all day on the phone trying to set up service, we learned our order was canceled after they told us it was all set. No one seems to have any information they just recite scripts. And they make up things like "Our order was on hold" or "This is a normal security process"To find out, they canceled my order after approving my credit. And being dodgy about why. They are nightmare! Normally if there's an issue companies try to correct it, not just cancel you. I have never experienced such horrendous service. They don't care about their customers, or give their staff proper training to understand how to set up new services and fix issues. We've been trying to get them to set this up for a month. Today is the last straw.

Worse customer service and employees ever. It's indicative of how management manages. Never helpful, never greet you when you walk in, and never never never EVER say thank you after you pay your bill.

Messup customer service experience ever. Manager Wren sucks.this store needs to be reported to BBB for real. Never had so terrible experience with the security woman and manager for some simple ? charger. OMG Wren aren't you the manager show some ProfessionalCustomer.service.she even mentioned to me that if I was to report it she was the manager so in another words I couldn't do nothing about it. So yeah she kicked me out of the store. You should be so proud of yourself "Manager"
