They don't tell you in the web sit they will be closing at 6 but close at four so how is it they can hold up Business without letting their customers in valued people know even when calling customer service, which is answered by a different country. They tell us yes the stores are open not a good experience for customers to come in and get their service needed.

Most IT teams and crew that I have worked with in the past (not GCI) have responded and fixed issues within 1/2 hour or hour at most. GCI takes hours if not days to respond, very hard to run a business with GCI internet.I would not recommend GCI to anyone if they can help it.

Hey, I've got an exposed GCI utility box in my backyard. I've been trying to get hold of GCI but I can't get through the phones so I'll finish you people out there. Work for GCI can you please tell them to fix the problem in my backyard? At 7505 boundary Avenue, space 50 nine, Anchorage Alaska. PSI had 3 or 4 kids playing in the back of my house in the woods. They will lie to you! Terrible customer service! I paid for the 2.5gb Unlimited High Speed internet with no data cap and after I hit 4TB they slowed my internet down to 10Mbps.

The store does not have to many friendly sales help. They don’t keep track of phone trade inns. I had an iPhone 11 Pro Max and it was paid for and I did a trade inn and later down the road they said my iPhone what I traded in was not paid for. When I showed them the proof that it was they still haven’t changed my account. And last but least when I brought a friend in to do a trade in the sales person looked at his iPhone pro max and said it had a scratch on it and couldn’t trade it in. Took to the main store and he got 700$ it don’t waste your time there go to the main store

Go there to get problems solved. You leave with no solutions and even more questions.Their billing procedure is off the wall and always getting bills that are notCaught up with payments made.Monopolies are like trying to deal with con artists.Wish we had more choices for video and internet.
