Good service but way over priced. If I could do it all over again I would of gotten Elon Musks Star-Link. Star-Link has been proven to work here without any issues even during the winter.

They will lie to you! Terrible customer service! I paid for the 2.5gb Unlimited High Speed internet with no data cap and after I hit 4TB they slowed my internet down to 10Mbps.

I returned equipment here and it wasn't tracked in the database. GCI tried to charge me 300 dollars for not returning it, and I had to deal with customer service repeatedly to get the error corrected.

Marilyn was awful an had us waiting 2 hr or more b4 telling us to go online! THen an 1 1/2 later when Skip tried to help! However my mom's phone still isn't working nor us it on the network!!! So now we have to go back in tomorrow!?! Plz God hopefully it won't take as long as the 3 1/2 hours of yesterday?!?!

I came into the store to close my internet account on 05/31/2022. Turned the modem in and paid the prorated amount for the billing cycle (military). Shelby B. was the Salesperson who assisted me. The transaction ID was 8560370. She didn’t correctly annotate the proration reason on the account. Now I just received a text from GCI saying I had a bill not paid (2 weeks after the account was closed). Called customer support (in the Philippines), they can’t figure it out (30 minutes on the phone) and now I have to pay the other balance for $118. Terrible customer service in-store and on the phone.

I walk into the Store After loading My Groceries Up next Door at Fred Meyer. This Very overweight Cashier Named "Jeremy " Started Cashing Me out. I had A Mask on just as A precaution. I asked Jeremy a question and he couldn't hear me. So I lowered My Mask and he immediately States Loudly "Put Your Mask Back on!" In a very rude Manner. So I do. Thinking in my head Who does this Arrogant Gci employee think he is. Then I noticed He didn't even have a Mask on. I said "Where's your mask?" He snottily replies "I'm not the one Sniffling. " I had my nose Broken 2 times In Fights in my Teenage days, and a surgery that causes my nose to sniffle on occasion. I then stated "I'm not sick." Jeremy Got an irritated look on his face and said "Have A Nice day!" These people call themselves "Customer service representatives "? I have now made up my mind I don't want to deal with anymore "Jeremy's At Muldoon Gci" and Will begin To Shop at Verizon or Whoever else has a comparable deal. Jeremy just lost Gci Hundreds, Possibly Thousands of dollars by being an Arrogant J*** and assuming I was sick Just because I Was using precautions Jeremy Was not.

Went here with my wife, she got a new phone very helpful friendly service. We came at the right time because when we were leaving it got very busy,lots of people on waiting list

This is the worst internet company I have ever used, most unreliable monopoly of service in Alaska. Way overpriced for what I actually receive of working WiFi. Extremely spotty daily and I wouldn't recommend this internet service company to anyone that wants working wifi for a reasonable price.

Great service. They had to update hours due to lack of staffing, this store closes at 7PM weekdays and 6PM saturdays. They are closed Sundays
