Unfortunately, over the past year, my experience with Geneva Woods Pharmacy has been quite disappointing. There have been numerous instances where medications intended for one of my residents were either delivered to the wrong location or were incomplete, leading to crucial medications being forgotten altogether. This pattern of errors has been distressingly consistent, necessitating frequent calls to rectify the situation every several weeks. As a result, I've often found myself having to rush to obtain medications, sometimes even on weekends, from a substitute who has had to hastily rebuild the medication sets. Such recurring errors over an extended period of time are unprecedented in my experience and are simply unacceptable.If Geneva Woods wasn't already discontinuing service, I would have switched to another pharmacy by now.

Meds are recently getting missed. I would miss one med one month then a different one next month. The delivery service was good. I am still going without meds after four months. Tried to resolve the problem with Geneva woods, but it seems its not getting done because i have a lot to do and Geneva woods doesn’t do anything to help.

The owner delivered my dads meds her self after a mishap in the med set clinic during the weekend. In my book that earns so much respect with me i felt i should change my review. Thank you again!

Geneva Woods isn't what it appears to be they fill your prescriptions and give you blister packs and then want to turn around and charge you $500 for the service

I bought a hand brace I didn’t have my glasses on saw that the picture was the right hand didn’t get the receipt tried to change it right away but they refused. So for $16 dollars they lost a client paying hundreds in medication. Good job Geneva Woods .

We were somehow transferred from ProCare a few months ago (or they also own these guys, I'm unsure) but either way, I'm so grateful. MyMedSupplies is located in the strip mall cluster of International Rd. If you pick up supplies you'll drive around to the back of the building and they'll take care of you there. The employees here are accommodating, efficient, and kind. I've had no issues when calling to ask prescription and/or amendment questions, which was always an unnecessary headache with ProCare. What. a. relief. If you can choose your medical supplier, I highly recommend MyMedSupplies.
