Exceptionally poor customer service. They can’t get an order right to save their lives. I received the wrong equipment after reviewing with them time and again. It’s like working with the three stooges. Definitely will be looking to change providers.

I drove 30 minutes for a scheduled pick up, just to be told they are completely out of what my son needs and aren't sure when they will get more. A phone call letting me know before driving 30 minutes all the way out there would of been nice!!

Every call for CPAP supplies is PAINFUL. First off there are freaking roosters crowing in the background all the time, and tons of birds chirping. I have no idea where'd they've outsourced, but having such loud background noise is super annoying. They also make things more challenging than any of my other past CPAP suppliers. I used to be able to get 6 months of supplies, at a time, but with them they will only send one month at a time....I've just started ordering from Amazon and paying out of pocket.

We were somehow transferred from ProCare a few months ago (or they also own these guys, I'm unsure) but either way, I'm so grateful. MyMedSupplies is located in the strip mall cluster of International Rd. If you pick up supplies you'll drive around to the back of the building and they'll take care of you there. The employees here are accommodating, efficient, and kind. I've had no issues when calling to ask prescription and/or amendment questions, which was always an unnecessary headache with ProCare. What. a. relief. If you can choose your medical supplier, I highly recommend MyMedSupplies.

I have been a customer of Geneva Woods now mymedsupplies for my CPAP supplies for years without any issues. I was very disappointed when I had issues with tubing for my CPAP and they refused to exchange it. Multiple messages were unanswered and I finally came into the office to speak to a person only to be told that they will only exchange for non heated tubing. Customer service is obviously not a priority at mymedsupplies.

Love this pharmacy! I have a specific request regarding the way my meds are packaged every month and I only needed to ask them the first time. After that they just continued to package my meds the same way without me needing to remind them! If I could change one thing it would be their hours. It would be most convenient for me if they were open longer hours during the week and even better if they were open on the weekends. But hey, you can't have it all! All things considered, I'm a very happy customer for life!!

This pharmacy does not call it's prescription customers back when promised to let them know their prescription(s) are ready. Trying to fill NatureThroid thyroid medication is a nightmare and I don't recommend it. They never have it correctly in stock and do not tell you hidden increased costs if they have to change your prescription to fill it. The staff handling this issue was rude, defensive and would barely assist to call the other pharmacy (who did have NatureThroid in stock) to make sure the transaction went smoothly. The woman Jennifer and Jenny and others were snarky on the phone, interrupted a lot in mid sentence, and frankly could care less they had failed their end of promise by saying they had it in stock again before I transferred my prescription back after the Nov 19 earthquake when it was not in stock. There is a arrogant demeanour in most the staff and I assume it is family like friend based and they do not care leaving a patient/customer hanging which is on a dependant based prescription having no thyroid gland. I do not recommend this pharmacy anymore and will never go back there again. As well, I will be avoiding any other Geeneva Woods connections in the community based on my most recent and terrible experience dealing with them now twice.

Great service, but please update your forms to make them user friendly. It is impossible to fill out contact information on your form when it automatically goes into the Medication List.

No customer service, no follow ups, they are more concerned about getting your money than any type of healthcare. I do not recommend this company to anyone trying to take care of themselves or any ones else.

I've been getting supplies here for several months and have always had a positive experience. The women on the phone are all friendly but the young lady at the front desk can try to smile and maybe a bit nicer. The delivery people have also been very nice and helpful.

I go here to get a compound medication for my cats thyroid problem and its always done when they say it will be. I've had small issues with a couple people, but for the most part, they're really nice.
