You guys make me never want to buy a car again. I had to call your consumer loan line about 10 times in the same day. It’s super annoying that your C st branch also wanted me to go through them and yet still barely helped me out. They did the best they could but the communication between your consumer loan customer service line and branches needs to severely improve. You made getting a car that I was pre approved for super stressful.

You call the phone number you sit on hold for 10 min and then they transfer you to the next person they don’t pick up the phone 14 min on hold.
